    Many thanks for the great content Scott but I am a bit confused... Shall we add single dumbell row after the each movement? like after dumbell fly and after db pullover too?

    • @ScottHermanFitness
      @ScottHermanFitness  10 місяців тому +1

      Not after each movement, only once during each giant set. So you do things in this order…
      Flat Dumbbell Press
      Single-Arm Dumbbell Row
      Dumbbell Fly
      Dumbbell Lat Pullover
      Then AFTER you do each of those exercises once, that completes one giant set. Then you do three more, so four giant sets in total. Hope that makes sense!

      Jeff must be the weakest human being on the planet. Clearly he has no idea how to develop the proper core strength if he thinks doing a DB row on a bench can be dangerous. No wonder he needed to use fake weights to Deadlift, bench and squat. Sad.

    Though this seems like a great workout, its not realistic in the gym now a days. Too many people in the gyms setting up recording and being in the way to do anything like this. I have a hard time even doing just a 2 exercise superset in the gym people its packed with people. This stuff isnt realistic in most gyms unless you have it timed right. But time frames for that dont mix very well with work and family. Gotta do workouts where its pretty much all back to the instinctual training style now. Unless your only job is a fitness influencer this stuff is near impossible to do in a gym now

    • @OhTheHermanity
      @OhTheHermanity 10 місяців тому +1

      How is this not realistic? All you need is a couple pairs of DBs and 1 bench. In fact, it's probably more realistic than trying to complete a traditonal workout in a busy gym where you need multiple machines. My gym has been PACKED lately and I hit this just fine.
      Try it first my friend! Then leave a comment fam! 😁😁😁
