I'm 68 yrs old. I been workin out mostly dumbells off and on for round 8 yrs but much more regular the last 2/3 yrs. I have 17 1/2 in. Arms after a arm workout. Pretty proud of myself for being an older guy.
That said I tried this 6 min workout. I must say that it was tough and hard to finish and quite a burn but I have finished it 3 times now. I try to do this once a week as I like to put in different variations in a 45 to 60 min workout the 2nd workout of the week for arms. But I do love this short arm workout immensly. I come out feeling very pumped accomplishing the goal..

But let's say that we have the time, could we use this arm-pump as a pre-exauster at the beginning of an arm workout, or as a finisher at the end?
I would use it as a finisher at the end. Otherwise you will be TOAST before starting the full workout haha

You just have to not think about it man. And focus on your form, always. Control your curls. Make sure you're deadlifting with straight arms. Attention to detail will keep you safe

Get in and get it done, quick and effective!
I have been doing pullups, chinups, dumbbell curls ,resistance bands and every other bicep excercise ,but I dont feel the contraction in bicep at all.cant work it at all .Any solution to this?
You should try light weight curls for a bit. Focus on squeezing and contracting your biceps at the top for a few seconds, focus on slow eccentrics. Even do one arm at a time and use your other arm to feel the bicep working
Too many exercises. Do fewer exercises. Do 10 sets of chins, about 6 reps with 40 second rest periods. As you fatigue the reps will become less and less. But do your best to finish all 10 sets. Then 10 sets of dumbell curls with 40 second rest. For the curls choose a weight that lets you start out at about 12 reps with little difficulty. As you get to the 3rd and 4th set that weight will get more difficult. By the 10th set you might only be doing 5 or 6 reps but it's ok. Keep the form strict and you'll get a great pump! But doing these 2 exercises for a while will make it easy to see your progress. The 10 sets will begin to yield more reps. I'm always tracking how many more reps I can do, and then it's time to bump the weight up a little. Good luck!
