I love that even in retirement, Roger still seems so happy whenever he gets to hold a racquet and hit some balls. His love for tennis never fades.

Reminds me of how much I miss Fed on the tour but seeing how he is now enjoying life and still being part of the sport in different ways always makes me smile.
The swings were incredibly smooth and looked effortless, yet you can hear how crisp the hitting sound was. Absolutely amazing.

I often watch Fed highlights especially going back to '01 Wimbledon VS Sampras. Both legends of the game. But to see Fed develop his game over the years and the way that he carried himself off and on the court was a true inspiration. I love the fact that the RF collection was a way for him to give back to the sport and the future generations to come.

@@seachangeseachangeThe racket they had Fed hit with is actually an 85 painted as the PS90. You can see the 16x18 pattern. It’s weird why they couldn’t get the actual 90 for him to use

Federer forever inspired me to play tennis, and even just in a high school league, his influence has been massive. Hopefully I can play with this racket one day!
Commenting for several reasons: Roger is just the GOAT in terms of play style. Its great to see how he has reinvented himself again and again, going hand in hand with the evolution of his rackets. Now with this RF 01, I think he has the perfect blend of classic prostaff feel and modern need for speed and power. I tried the racket just this morning and I sure like to have one! Interesting to see Roger hit with some of the older Prostaffs! “The shanks feel the same..” - ha! What a humble guy. I occasionally play with my old PS90 Tour (and 6.1 Classic!), but I’ve had to switch to larger modern frames. Glad to see Fed and Wilson continue to support the Prostaff line.

I just bought a Hyper Carbon Pro Staff Tour 90, same color as the stick he uses after the 85. Love to see him use it in present day. He won his first Wimbledon and Australian Open the next year with that color way
I used the ProStaff 6.0 95 for years and consider it THE best racquet ever made. The 85 was just too demanding for my skill level, but the 95 was just glorious!

Just watched the Federer: Twelve Final Days documentary and thought it was really good. And I may have had a good cry at the end.

The 85 was my favorite of these for myself, but for Feds, I think the 90 was his golden era racquet. My favorite of the 97s is the v10 in red and black.
Saw a clip of him recently hitting and he sounds like he misses the competition. I would’ve loved to have gotten the chance to see him play in person but unfortunately my finances and life situations never really allowed for the time until recently and now it’s too late. It’s nice to see that his feedback is still so highly regarded across the sport!
