Let's talk about what the starting lineups for each all time team will be in NBA 2k.
Well, my predictions for the historic teams are going pretty good so far. Today I wanted to predict what the actual starting lineups for each historic team will be. What do you think? I said part 2 would be out tomorrow but it's not looking that way at the moment. We'll see how this part does and if y'all enjoy it I'll prioritize the next one.

Does anyone remember the celtics in the 2008 nba finals (back in brian scalbrines prime) when the celtics where up 3-0 against the lakers (thanks to scal) when the celtics where down by 120 points in the 4th quarter with 0.1 seconds left on the clock when scal hadn't been put in yet because of the scalabrine rule that prevented scal from playing more than 1 second to keep things fair so they put him in and he ended the game with 6969 assists 6969 rebounds 6969 blocks 6969 steals and 10000000 points to lead the celtics to a 5000000000-121 victory over the lakers to win the finals

Havlicek was a small forward pretty much his whole career. Larry Legend is arguably the greatest Celtic ever if not for Bill Russell so he's not starting there.

Sidney Moncrief is a definite starter for the All-Time Bucks. One of the greatest defensive guards ever.

You gotta look into MyTeam more often because many of the players you listed that you're unsure about, Rolando Blackman, Artis Gilmore, Fat Lever, etc were in MyTeam and therefore 2K's has their rights
Honestly for the Jazz you could move Malone to the 4 where he should be and maybe a controversial thing, but put Gobert as the center. It fits a lot better and even though hes young, he's one of if the not the best defensive center in the game today.

Rasheed Wallace was good at Detroit, but his best years was at Blazers and Hill was a better Piston. Not to mention this formation has everyone play in their best position instead of putting Rodman at the 3. Also your starting line up didnt have that much scoring power other than IT and Dumars.

You could put A.I on the Denver lineup if Lever isn't there, but if I'm the 2K tea, I'm putting Billups there and this is coming from an A.I fan, he did way more for Denver than A.I did in just that one season, and to make things better- he was a Nugget long before that too.

McHale spent his entire career with the Celtics, while Garnett gave the Celtics 1.75 prime years. After the knee injury in 09, Garnett aged in dog years.

Havlicek or Pierce at SG and even if it's 2008 KG, KG maybe should be starter over McHale, but it's close. What was KG rated in 2k9? He was defensive player of the year, but towards the end of his peak. You may even put Russell at PF and Cowens at C. Cowens gets disrespected, but he was a monster. I mean he won MVP...

Could start Steve Francis or Calvin Murphy at PG as Drexler was past his prime when he joined, but he did win a ring.
Could start Yao or Elvin Hayes, but I doubt they'll start over Malone.
Tip for the Bucks lineup:
Now that Giannis is a beast he is starting. I put him at power forward because the other power forwards are solid but don’t wow me. And I put Ray Allen at small forward. Yes that’s out of position and he could be over powered depending on who he is guarding. But I start him for 3 reasons. Sidney Moncrief is one of the most underrated players ever and he is a great all around player for them, he has to start. But ray Allen also deserves a starting spot and that starting 5 needs more shooting. 3rd reason, IMO option, this starting 5 has the best 5 players in team history and that really is the Bucks history in a nutshell, so I like it.

No mutombo for the Hawks? Also I think gobert is a deserving starter over boozer considering the all time big men on the other teams, having two 6-9/10 guys against multiple 7 footers is not the smartest thing.
I'd also put Nate Archibald starting at the 1 for the Kings because he's a legend and O already starts for the Bucks.
