I always used a cape crouch jump to slide on in, for ah... played SMW to death, and now I commonly '100%' the game without any switch palaces for one, yep! well... the GBA version at least, but still! just tossing a tip for anyone who might wanna try it! either way, gotta admit, a lot of these balloons are hidden in places that usually has nothing, which I adore, for it gives the useless hard to reach places worth going to!
