Good question, my experience at shake shack is that you work with a variety of people so you are bound to find some co workers that can become your friends. It is a fast paced work environment but the tasks and job is pretty standard and easy once you know how things go, especially during the rushes. I’d say consider why you want to switch to a different job and if it’s worth changing then go for it! The hiring process is very easy too.

I don’t work there anymore but I did a 6 hour shift that includes a short break :)
