As u have made it but if we want to connect it with a 3W 6v 3A solar panel then any changes to be done if yes please explain

Add a diode in series with the TP4056, connect the proper leads to the In+ and - pins of the module.
The TP4056 can handle up to 8V, a 6V solar panel with diode usually puts out 5.5 to 6v.

you can use the 5 volt mobile charger for charging including a diode, but this will not provide you any indication about the full charged battery, and will also not provide auto cut off charging, which can be found in tp4056 charging module that is shown in the video. As lithium batteries are quite dangerous, they can even explode. Plz reply if you find this informative.
