    Hai doctor sir,நான் உங்களுடைய intermintent fasting (16 hours) past 15 days ஆக தொடங்கி உள்ளேன்.1/2 கிலோ குறைந்து இருக்கிறேன்.டூ years before intermintent fasting and moderate pallio diet follow panni 7 kg குறைந்தேன்.ஆனால் என்னால் தொடர்ந்து இருக்க முடியாது சூழ்நிலை ஏற்பட்டது.தற்சேயலாக உங்கள் video பார்த்து உங்கள் fan aghi விட்டேன்.sunset and sunrise eating window முறை‌எனக்கு follow செய்ய முடியும் என்று தோணி அதனை பின்பற்ற துடங்கியுள்ளேன்.(pure vegetarian) every meals include carbo,fruits and vegetables,sprouts and curd and dals ellam ஒரு தினம் include செய்ய முயற்ச்சி செய்கிறேன்.எனக்கு வேறு problem இல்லைஅதிக எடை உள்ளேன்.அதனைகுறைக்கத்தான் முயற்ச்சி செய்து வருகிறேன்.ஒரு நாள் துடங்கும்‌போது காப்பி குடித்து துலக்கலாமா.ஒரு நேரம் உணவுசூப் and fruits,,next time meal one cup rice and vegetables and curd,, and evening one cofee and salad and sunset time smoothy edukkaren okkayaa sir.

    Dr Pal many thanks for your penchant on 727.... Along with my wife we started abv eating window practice 4 weeks before , chaged our high glycemic to low glycemic,with more veggies , most importantly we hv stopped eating our favourite ulundu vada and onion palkoda ....we are seeing the results both hv dropped 3 kgs each and are confident we will reach our target .....hatsoff to you and priya mam both are rocking with sincere efforts ....trying to educate ...now Badava Gopi sir stunned to understand your disciplined approach to life your timing comedy makes our life light

    Doctor now a day in following Intermittent fasting after 9am befor 7pm. And physical excercise 1 hour walking around 5km. I'm eating everything but everything in limit I have lost 2kg in past 15days.Taking half leamon warm water at empty stomach n at bed time apple cider vinegar 1spoon n half lemon with warm water at night. I'm addict to coffee now a day I'm trying to control it. Before my diet I have taken around 3 to 4coffee with sugar n milk. But now 2 coffee. That too I want to stop.ur r great doctor.

    Yes dogs will not eat some days....
    And during rainy days also they completely reduce the food intake.....
    Sometimes they eat grass and vomit.....
    Animals are really wise in protecting themselves......

    Myself from Chennai age 33 .
    My booster time came on July month but i missed for some other reason , whole family got fever including myself in 2nd week of July ,went to Dr he said corona only but he didn't ask to take test.
    Now when can I take booster ? It's ok to take now or have to give a gap 90days for my booster plz clear my doubt sir .
    My family took booster before we had fever .

    Sir, எனக்கு 10to 15 kg அதிக எடை உள்ளேன்.நேரில் பார்த்தால் அதிக எடை உள்ளதாக தோணாது.அதனால் வீட்டில் ஒரு. Dietmum follow செய்ய விடமாட்டார்கள்.உங்களுடைய speech கேட்ட பிறகு ஒரு target வைத்து துடங்கினேன்.வேறு problems இல்லை.கண்டிப்பாக ative பண்ணுவேன்.

    I'm working at second shift and WFH last 2 years and personally I felt I am not well. So I am changed to First shift and Work from office. Early morning i wake up at 5am and take milk around 7am and 8.30am take breakfast, Lunch at 1pm and Dinner at 7.30 to 8pm. Now I started feel good now. But I am away from home eating food at PG. Sometimes I felt Heartburn only.
