They’re just too cute for words! Of course, the outstanding talent is fabulous. This was always a nice upbeat song, but even more so when they sing it!🫶✨💫
Great reaction and love your smile! Scarey that Tim did the high parts 😳 really, like I expected to hear Austin in the rafters! Love the others guys in there too. ❤️
The song is actually older than Brooks & Dunn. Love this! It’s like ok we have two tenors in Austin and Chris (guitarist) but we need a high tenor and Tim says, I’ve got it! The bass going up high…amazing. Tim and Austin formed a band called Sweet & Low. They tour when HF is on hiatus. What’s fun is to listen to the end when Austin and Tim are talking. Tim just sang in a higher tenor voice and then when he speaks he’s back in the basement. Hahaha. Chris Chatham (guitarist) is Tim’s good friend and they both write songs. Together they wrote Land of the Free. Chris Marion on the bass guitar is Tim’s brother in law and Sebastien is Austin’s good friend and piano player. Such a good one Josh!😍
If I remember correctly, Tim met Chris Chatham when they both sang with Blue Jupiter. (I may have the group name wrong.) Chris is a great singer and an amazing guitar and mandolin player. The other guitar player is Tim’s brother-in-law whose first name I can’t remember but his last name is Marion. As others have said, Seby accompanies Austin in a lot of his solo work. Seby also helps out when Austin is recording for Home Free (the guys discovered that they didn’t all have to be in a studio together to record during quarantine). They sound awesome as always, but they seem just a bit more relaxed during these backyard performances. I think someone else mentioned that Tim, Austin, and Chris are half of a side project called Sweet + Low Music Co. There are six core members of that group (the others are Luisa Marion, Ernie Halter, and Jeffrey East) and you never know when another “random” musician might join them. They do 30 minutes of a free show (livestream) and then the remainder is private for their supporters. The first “show” they did was just essentially a jam session which everyone loved. They try to do a livestream once per month and they do some live gigs as well.
Love this. Austin, Chris Chatham (guitarist) and Sebastian Douyon (keyboards) have a fantastic version of Change the World on Austin's UA-cam channel which is definitely worth a reaction.
This is really high on my favourites list - one of the things I love about HomeFree in general is that they are just really nice seeming people - I've seen them live three times and it feels like a party not a 'show' (and Seb -keys and Chris C - guitar man.. . are just beyond cool when they join in on stuff)
Awesome song, the first time I heard this was by Brooks and Dunn! These guys did an awesome cover! Awesome hearing Tim doing the high part and I love Chris! He plays a mean guitar and is a talented singer, Sebastian is great on the keyboards too!❤️❤️❤️
I love how Austin features his bandmates on his channel and just lets them shine! He did the same thing for Rob when they did Nessun Dorma together. If you haven't seen that video yet, you definitely need to check it out. It just proves these guys can do any genre they want to. The guitarist snag with Tim in another a capella band and they have remained close friends. He also plays the guitar in So Log Dixie which he co-wrote with Tim. The bass player is Tim's brother-in-law. I hope you listened to the outro, too.
I like your looks instead of commentary during the song - tells a lot about your place in the process ..... Thank you for being what most REACTORS fail to recognize! GBjj
The other guys were Sebastian Douyon keyboard (he tried to put a fire out in his house and burned his hand). Chris Chatham guitarist is an old friend of Tim's they sang in an Acappela group 20 something years ago. The other guy is Chris Marion Tim's brother in-law. Chris Chatham has a UA-cam channel, but he also sings with Tim and Austin in Sweet N Low Music Co and they have a channel also. Enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.
Chris Chatham, the fella on the guitar, is a longtIme friend of Tim's. He's a very talented singer, songwriter, arranger and producer. In fact, he produced Tim's doowop album. He is also part of the group Sweet & Low, along with Tim and Austin and 3 additional singer/songwriters. Totally worth a look.
I actually remember the original of "My Maria" by B. W. Stevenson in 1973. Always loved this song. I was not familiar with the Brooks & Dunn version. I really loved this performance by Tim & Austin & the other guys. Liked Austin singing in his lower register. I don't think I have ever heard Tim sound so clear & crisp in his upper falsetto range. Who would ever believe that he is a natural bass who can drop down into the basement depths. Wouldn't it be cool to have these guys perform for you at home?
Tim and Austin live in Nashville so they do a lot of stuff together. Idk if you know but they created a band together called Sweet and Low. It's pretty awesome
YOU CAN hire them to come to your backyard. Tim says this business started during Covid, and then picked up after. Surprise all round. There are also a number of summer shows in OR and TN, and one each in WI and MI in July and August. Deets on Tim’s site.
This was videotaped on Austin's back deck (he built it himself). Given that you like live singing by bands, there's a series of excerpts (live) that I think you'd really like: ua-cam.com/video/HEIOzg8xnq0/v-deo.htmlsi=BWumEHTUVHCu-DVT. It's funny & the singing's fantastic.
In a video on "Beauty and the Bass" (Austin's lady Amberly's channel) it turns out that Sebastien Douyon (on keyboard) had burned his hand in a kitchen fire - that he put out with . his. hand (yowsers!).
They did this song and I about hit the floor! It’s one of my favorite songs, and Home Free adds their special something to it! They have some new stuff out you should really look at. It’s all really dope…. Country-dope?😂
Check out What's it To You. Another Austin Tim et Al performance. Loved the smile on your face. I smile every time I listen to the HF guys...that or tear up❤
They also have a video called “What’s It To You” which you’ll like. Oh yea, “Nessum Dorma” on Austin’s channel and “Thinking Out Loud/Let’s Get It On” a Home Free cover song.
Tim has a three register range and kills the high FALSETTO "My Maria" line ... while band mate, Austin and friend musician, singer, composer - Chris Chatham strums in, Chris Mario on bass, Sebastian Beyoune on Piano ..... at Austin's place ... backyard deck. Great !!! GBjj
Let's see, we have two world-class high tenors and a world-class deep, deep bass - who should sing the high line? Seby had a kitchen fire and burned his hand rather badly. Fortunately he has healed well and, as you can see, it didn't affect his playing. He accompanies Austin on many of his solos. Austin, Tim, and Chris are half of Sweet & Low, a vocal group that Tim and Austin started last summer "in their spare time". Six fantastic singer-songwriters in one group. You might look it up.
Wow, that was wonderful, thank you for a lovely reaction!
Ya should have listened to the outro. Keyboard player is Sebastian Douyon, Chris Chatham, guitar and Tim's brother in law Chris Marion playing bass.
Chatham is friggin awesome! And I love love love the pianist!
Seby is fantastic. His accompaniment on some of Austin's solos is excellent.
They’re just too cute for words! Of course, the outstanding talent is fabulous. This was always a nice upbeat song, but even more so when they sing it!🫶✨💫
Great reaction!
Chris Chatham, the guitar player, is in Farewell to Dixie which he co-wrote. Seb, the piano player, accompanies Austin frequently on his solos.
Absolutely love Chris's guitar work❤❤❤❤❤
So Long Dixie
@@beadwright Chris's guitar work is perfect for this song!
@@roniboyd613 His singing is good too.
@@audreyjohnson4599 Oh Yeah❤
LOVE this rendition!! Can’t get better than this. Tim’s range is crazy!! ❤
One of the best covers of this song ever!! Just simple jamming in the yard!! Gotta love it!! Thank you!!
The original was released in 1973 by B W Stevenson. Brooks and Dunn did a cover. This song is 50 years old! Classics never get old!
Austin also has a great rendition of "Neon Moon" on his channel.
This is so very awesome! The guy with the guitar is Chris Chatham. He is a friend of Tim's. He is awesome! Love your reaction!
Great reaction and love your smile! Scarey that Tim did the high parts 😳 really, like I expected to hear Austin in the rafters! Love the others guys in there too. ❤️
Austin has commented that he feels very lucky to be able to make music with all his friends.
Incredible ❤

Tim crushed those high notes, and bass, Austin, and Chris did great too in the Acepella. Love Home Free!
Love this version ❤ and Tim's smile at the end as he looks over at Austin is just fantastic 😊
Love this. Austin, Chris Chatham (guitarist) and Sebastian Douyon (keyboards) have a fantastic version of Change the World on Austin's UA-cam channel which is definitely worth a reaction.
What was fun ….Tim singing the High notes…&, Austin going lower 👍🔥🙃🫶🏼🎶‼️🎵
You can't watch this without Smiling!
Tim was wearing the AB shirt because he was channeling Austin. It is rare that Tim is singing higher than Austin!
I just love this! Makes me happy. Love the B&D original too, both are on my main playlist. How could they not be? Hard to pick one so I play both...

Tim's ability to sing in 5 plus octaves gives him the ability to sing anything. This shows how great they can sing even in their backyard.

I want to be Austin's neighbor

@@davidmilton4862 they really are. Even the last one with only four of them was great. SO much talent and so little ego.
Chris Chatham is a long time friend of Tim and has co written songs with Tim.
✌🏻😎👍
Check out Austin's cover of Etta James's "At Last".
On a side note, other vocalists i think you'll dig: Morgan James, Haley Reinhart, and Faouzia.
Finish it
