They knew they were with someone from Taskmaster but none of them thought to look up the show and figure out the house was their location? James’ call was hilarious though.
@@HexboxLive Sacrilege - it's not 'a production house' - it's The Taskmaster House. Good job he was out, or Alex would've been punished in the traditional way.
Hunted has a good concept but fails for being very fixed and scripted. I remember when they were advertising this celebrity special and having the TM house in the footage to make people watch, only for it to be 4 weeks into the series before we get there. Some great shots though behind the scenes of Taskmaster which was a bonus for us diehard fans.
they were literally called to the taskmaster house by James and Ed, who then waited there for some water gun fun. They got a bit bored of traveling around with nothing happening.
You mean a tv production company don't have access to a level of phone records, live phone tracking, cctv, anpr, and satalite imagery that even the police would envy? Go figure!
@@always12lovemusic No, they don't have access to police data. The producers just give them the information as if they were actually tracing a phone call
They should get members of the public to be the Hunters. I just wanted to switch off with the 'experts' pompous attitude and obviously fed information. Luckily it appears C4 has 'delayed recommissioning' and the last series, shown in 2024, was filmed 2 years ago. Long may it lie in abeyance!
Only worthwhile thing is James shouting "THIS IS PISS" and "EAT PISS", but there's no need to watch the whole clip. Just jump in at 8:15 I mean, the behind the scenes of the Taskmaster house is cool, too. But I'd rather watch that on a Taskmaster DVD.
honestly it reminds me of something ITV would commission for children. The acting is awful and jesus christ...the constant patronising 'drama' noise. Give it a miss.
How do you mean vanished? It's still the little room on the right when you enter the house. Only this season Jack Dee showed us how the plumbing works! 😂
Even the shot of the hunters car pulling away is a faux anti climatic shot as it brakes to a standstill almost as soon as it's set off 😂👌🏻 What a crap show. Even Ed and James couldn't get me to watch it. It was painful making it through this one clip
Is it always this silly fake scripted government tracking with bad acting? I'd much rather see the comedians alone for a week in the taskmaster house, PLEASE
thanks for posting this, interesting show, but the fake american bravado talk, on the part of the "hunters", is quite sickening. they're emulating some of the worst evil on the planet, like it's cool. i assume this is a popular show? if people like this, we're doomed. but thank you for posting acaster and gamble, never surrender.
@@stevedennison4095 no, the people who do that work do not talk, or act, like this, or how would you know? have you any real experience, or is your opinion based on what the movies have taught you?
The show would be much funnier if the hunters acted like they were in on the joke. The woman on the call with them got it right, playing along but not taking it too seriously. Instead of being like "There's a note! It says TM!" More along the lines of "Of course they've left us a task!"
This show is not amusing! Can you say stupid?! I would rather watch these two on "Mock the Week." How about cancel this show and bring back "Mock the Week!"
this feels like a fever dream I had.
Seriously… I’m like wtf is the premise of this show? Hunting people on the run? What?
I love everything that I just watched. James Acaster looks good on the run.
Correction: James Acaster looks good in general.
They knew they were with someone from Taskmaster but none of them thought to look up the show and figure out the house was their location? James’ call was hilarious though.

The hunters are just being fed information by the production team, that's the show.

@@Thisandthat8908 whot. they have a whole camera team with them, they gave them gopros.. its maybe a bit of hiding, but not a lot of hunting

@MrJIMBOfred I thought the whole point was that the "hunters" are professionals who do have access to all the police data, no?

Ed Gamble and James Acaster are brilliant comedians, but this show looks like utter shit.
It is. Ed and James not taking it seriously and making fun of them was all that made it entertaining.

To quote Greg Davies - ultimate horseshit!
They should’ve just gone to the bathroom that seems to have vanished from taskmaster completely.
How do you mean vanished? It's still the little room on the right when you enter the house. Only this season Jack Dee showed us how the plumbing works! 😂
Sam Campbell spent the time of his life there!
This show is more scripted than a sitcom. Still fun to see Ed and James and the Taskmaster House
Diabolical comedic duo!
I'm in suspense! Do they get away?
ua-cam.com/video/1jR3o-kKDDM/v-deo.html
nope.. but made the show watchable
They died
they decided to call the hunters and then wait for them with water guns. And Ed still got away anyway.
They got caught
well, the hunters are terrible actors and ruined the idea of the show
They are the reason I can't get into this show
quite agree, and horrible characters also.
Yep every clip I see I HATE how serious the hunters are / pretend to be… 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
It’s a reality competition show. They’re not actors. I think this might be where you all are struggling… Lol
@@LPKelly380 if you think that's genuinely authentic behaviour then it's definitely YOU who is struggling...
Qrs you're just jealous Ed and James had a better stay than yours
The thing is, these hunters are going to leap upon the boys, lol, I'm not sure the boys are leap prepared lol
Bro why are the hunters so serious
The UK is just like this.

James and Ed are great. The hunters are a weird overblown mix of various cop shows and it’s really hard to watch.

Why didn't they just lock themselves in?
where can i watch this show if im in australia?

I agree, but Hunted and Taskmaster are C4 and MTW is BBC.
I love James and Ed, but this hunted show looks fucking terrible! Holy hell
