Sir I’m doing night shift for the past four months and in day time I couldn’t able to take rest since I’m a single parent of two kids need to send them to school . Now a days I lost my sleep I’m not getting sleep at all in day time . I feel more stress to get sleep …is there any remedy for that
Do not use phone or tv or system befor going to bed. Drink hot milk then u can try to sleep.. definitely u can get sleep
