Ohhh man thanks for showing, This has to be the best one in the USA and the process which the chef follows is completely authentic and he’s knowledgeable 🔥🔥🔥
We have many versions of biriyani in India...in Tamilnadu we have alleast six diffrent varieties of briyani ......so it's entirely different from what we have in Tamilnadu...Thanks 🙏🏽
A different format, good to participate, understand and learn! 👍I absolutely love the way this young chef, thinks, analyses, and improves his process constantly!👌👏😀
Biryanis has many flavors. Broadly, Hyderabadi, Karachi, Delhi, Sindhi, Bombay etc. It’d be interesting to get your take on various types. They have varying flavors and taste.
I will try the biryani in a few weeks. I donated Tamil style biryani to Nashua homeless shelter two days ago. Tamil biryani is easier to prep than Hyderabad biryani, which is the best.
so i learnt to cook in USA since we could not get that taste in USA like hyderabad , i have tried various methods in usa .I made this video of mutton biriyani hyderabadi style just for you ua-cam.com/video/NwvQA5yGIww/v-deo.htmlsi=hpEAR6Zpf1XXYK8a . you should fry onions in mixture of ghee and oil2. use that oil for marination and also pour it before applying dum3. biriyani should be light to eat . 3. use laxmi brand extra long basmati in USA. 4. buffalo ghee is fatty and cow ghee is lighter , i have grown ip eating buffalo ghee . 5. like you mist have figured put the art of making perfect biriyani is the timing when you add that rice at 70%cooked in the oil seperated chicken . Also once you start liking the mutton or goat meat bitiyani, chicken biriyani will take backseat, goat bones juice is excellent for gut and inflammation so goat briyani is also more tasty and nutricious❤❤
i just want to suggest you a dish , what would a5 wagyu biryani taste like , can you nmake it what would pulled pork bbq biryani taste like how would bbq steak biryani taste like how would ribs bbq biryani taste like
