The biggest cons:
They have to take share holder approval for their salaries
If they retain 75%, won’t be a problem
Dude?! Salary? It’s their company. They built it. But see… That’s the biggest con that they see. Once they ipo people like you “question their salary” sitting on a couch, in a company they built. So they are obviously saying no thanks.
@@tattushenoi you still draw salary from your own company, look at what happened with Sidharth Lal, where certain investor's opposed his appointment as CEO he was still appointed but he still faced scrutiny. Being a public company means answerable to your shareholder, a person holding even one share of your company can take u to court and there are other things to look at.
Anything u do will effect the stock price and ur net worth as a result. They can get a big liquidity event with a IPO but that's about it with the pros, after that its all cons.

@@rishavroushan nobody wants people to tell them how to run their company. Do you think investors will allow Nitin kamath to do a podcast while holding a board position and drawing salary. With listing comes the burden of disclosures, reporting, public scrutiny. There is a reason they haven't listed yet, when there is a bull run like this..
Ipo means raising money , they are already sitting on a huge pile of cash from big profits they have generated.
