Such a wonderful family and performers. Their songs, their voices are none beyond compare. I could listen to them for hours on end.
I still do, maybe not for hours, but Bee Gees music brightens up my life and always will❤

It's so strange to me because my dad used to play their music in the car when I was younger- I've now become slightly obsessed with them, but I wasn't even born when they did this interview!

What a great interview. Love these guys. So funny, down to earth, and approachable. I would have loved to meet them and see them in concert.
Our neighbours here hilarious funny n weren't they the best, and truly blessed n heaven sent, loved them as our local cheeky kids N funny too. N in our streets of Manchester lived near us, we feel honoured n blessed to have them, loved them then n now even more now. Miss you Lot especially our Mo n our rob. Northern boys normal grounded n humble from lil kids, gifted n the best ever to grace the planet. Thank you god, n thanks U lot, for all the photos we got back then, n signed them too. N boy we treasure them now, n who knew how quickly it was to be. N poor mo not that long after this, n then poor our Rob as well, n god this hurts missing them real. It was never disco music to them. They are very personable and down to earth and funny. I like this interview with Rosie. Just love their interviews

I think Maurice dropped the record on the way to the cinema and when they arrived they decided they'd do it live and the manager agreed, but it's true what Barry says, they wanted to do it live even if not by accident as it so happened.

🥀Amazing interview with The Brothers Bee Gees they have been in my life since the 60's on up and I'll never forget in 1975 seeing them in Atlanta Ga in Concert I loved every minute of it.I was on 2nd row they were so wonderful on stage🥀☝️🥀

This is the way talk show hosts should conduct interviews.
So many comedian hosts try to upstage guests with jokes at their expense. O'Donnell doesn't do this. She'll joke along with guests.
She seems to be well-informed beforehand and is an engaged listener.
She never shuts her mouth.

Is this really from 2001? I didn't know they were planning another world tour the next year. I wonder what happened that they didn't follow through. I know I read that Robin said that he talked to Maurice on the phone a month before he died. Robin was in GB, and Mo asked him when he was coming to the US. Robin told him that he was coming over after the holidays, and Mo suggested they all sit down and decide what they were going to do in the upcoming year. That was about a month before Mo died and they didn't have that chance. It hurts to think that they were close to going on another world tour. Their music is missed so much by so many. So glad that Barry is still with us!
Yeah, it's definitely 2001. I agree about the tour & new music. So sad we never got either 😯 😢 They are my favourite songwriters of all time 🎼🎵

I never saw it before either. Did notice that when Rosie said "Don't you love Miami" Robin didn't respond. He loved the UK. Maybe that's where his beloved lawyer was!!!!

@@susieq9801 Same thing when they are asked about Australia. Barry, and sometimes even Mo, are quick to say stuff like "We love Australia! And we consider Australia to be a second home for us!" But Robin remains quiet. They left Australia on a 'sour-note' and I don't think Robin ever forgot or forgave! He and Barry really tell it like it is about that in this one particular interview. (And I wish I could remember which one?🤔) But later on, it seems that Barry kinda understood that it would not benefit them to alienate their Aussie fans! ....And he changed his tune. But Robin pretty much remains silent when the subject comes around......

I remember the Sunday morning in March of 1978 when The Bee Gees had 5 songs (all written by Barry Gibb) in the top 5 of the countdown and the enthusiasm of Casey Kasem’s voice. I was in 5th grade.
