Why such few views? Why the hate? You just watched an artist be honest about their art and humble about their success. I'm happy for her.
Not to worry, got the feeling she will be fine. Just fine.
People often feel threatened by authenticity, unfortunately.
True! Sometimes we authentics are even scared of our own authenticity...so we understand!! It help us empathize when ours scares others. I think other people feel challenged by it, like maybe they have been hiding their true nature or that we would expect the same authenticity from them,....AND...they are sort of correct!! It is my dream that everyone be authentic although, even my heart goes up my sleeve and hides every once in a while. But eventually, I concede and let the screaming cat out of the bag!!@@jimbobruno4257
who is hating?
Tessa is such an underrated artist.
My daughter & I saw her perform in Cleveland Ohio in 2019. Got pics with her and autographs. What a nice, humble, talented young lady.
Ive never heard of this artist before - I appreciate her willingness to just be out there.
Great interview sir. I've been a fan of Tessa's since her early vlogging days and I think it's beautiful how she's evolved from stone to stone. :)
she's so pure. i love her
never look back Tessa, you are awesome
Love her. What a great interview!
This is a great interview! I really enjoyed watching it.
Thank you for stopping by! Subscribe to be a part of the community and stay up to date on all things music! Including Tessa Violet.
I saw her live having no idea who she was (went with my daughter) and was BLOWN AWAY by her on stage! So much fun and put on the best show! Have become a huge fan since digging into her music after that.
Such a lovely interview 💛
I'm so proud of Tessa! I've been following her endeavors for years now.
Her perspective is refreshing, and her Canadian quirkiness is adorable 👍👍
Tessa and Mitski are currently my two most exciting song writers to follow
You're a really great interviewer! I'm definitely sticking to your channel
Never heard of this singer/songwriter. Excited to add her to my deep dive list.
It was nice meeting her, great interview! I’d love to see a “Deep Dive” with Kina Grannis, worshipped by legions of “Kinerds” all over the world. Her Berlin concert last year was full of people who sang along with every song. She has a great story - completely a product of UA-cam and social media.
that was the angels leaving you that guitar, Tessa-- you're paying it back big time to the Universe
Great interview! You made her be very honest and personal. Never listen to her music before but now i will. Good job
your efforts Tessa, i am grateful for. keep kickin ass
Tessa Violet deserves to be on this show. She’s a powerhouse of talent. She is, in my opinion, at the level of Paul Simon in terms of guitar and vocal ability. Her recordings are wonderfully detailed & great sounding. As a pop performer, she’s a perfect flawed diamond of rare beauty and insecurity, but make no mistake she knows her stuff. She shines the same behind a mixer as in an uncut video blog. Check out her off-the-cuff duets with other singers. She makes it look easy... :)
I’m so impressed that you did an interview with Tessa Violet!! Her new album just dropped, and it’s awesome!!! ( of course ). She seems like such a cool chick. I first was impressed, 10 yrs ago, with the AWOL Nation video, and then eventually I stumbled upon her video “Crush” , which I loved, ( I’m an old record store manager , movie High Fidelity gets pinned on me a lot back then), but I started to connect the dots , with her camera work, to her amazingly songs, and fun/excellent videos. I a huge fan. Enjoying the this interview as I type…
Interview is insightful. Great look at 14:38.
Great and informative video. Leaving my Like with pleasure, thank you!
Thank you for showing some love, I really appreciate you helping us grow our music community! #KeepTheMusicAlive
What a nice interview :)
I PLAYED AMONG US WITH HER TONIGHT AHHHH
14:38 tho 😃
Would you consider revisiting this awesome artist and discuss how she's grown?
🤘💜
I really enjoyed her from Meekakitty through Bad Ideas. Her music was fun, bright and totally different (Sorry, I'm not sorry. I'm not over you. Make me a robot. Broken record. Crush.). It's just mainstream drool now, her views have dropped on her last releases aren't connecting like Crush did. She is trending more Olivia Rodrigo than Em Beihold. We are all different. I understand.

Christ, that upward inflection. Are you asking me or telling me?
Professor of Rick you really disappointed me on this
Never heard of her. Not my kind of music at all. Very blah.
Music is subjective when it comes to what a person likes. Talent isn’t she may not be on the top of my list of artists to listen to, but she is talented.
What is your kind of music?
