I originally backed Arteta until the end of the season. However, its obvious the job is too big for the guy. His squad rotation skills and refusal to bring the right players in when they deserve a start is shocking. He clearly shows loyalty to certain players when they should be benched. Arsenal will now be in a relegation dog fight.

@xcv asa Over the course of many games, I think we've seen enough to suggest that the process isn't working. He's also lost the dressing room and there's distrust towards him. You cannot compare Conte, a winning manager in Italy, to Arteta who has no managerial experience proving his process will win things. Arsenal is a big club and owes much more to it's fans than hiring a man learning on the job. The club's brand is slipping and will affect corporate deals very soon.
I see people blaming the board for the defeat, but the board doesn't pick Bellerin, Xhaka, Holding, Willian to start games🤷♂️. Am pretty sure Big Sam can get a better tune out of the Arsenal squad. And what Tapas Pulis did to Partey was an absolute disgrace.

It's so disappointing. We have become laughingstock in streets. The whole team lacks creativity. We only celebrate in Europa league after defeating teams that I cannot even recall thier names. Every Weekend is a chance to get heartbreak from Arsenal. The best thing we can do this season now is fighting relegation.

We could be in serious trouble this season the job is clearly too big for Arteta to handle. We've scored just 10 goals 18th lowest in the league. We're 18th for shots on target and rock bottom for chances created! Do you trust the board to appoint a manager who can turn this around? We are in serious danger of finishing 15th or lower because we appointed a rookie.

At this point, what harm in playing the kids in the league? Prioritize Europa league. Arsenal will not finish in European spots via the league. Surely they're not bad enough to get you relegated. If they do, those players will be starters in the Championship, the higher earners will eff off. I suppose that could be Arsenal's "process".
