i know im incredibly late to the party but does anybody think that maybe this is a concept/storyboard/pitching attempt? that would probably explain the choppy drawings and unfinished animation
I don’t think so because it’s very unlike that they would print the storyboard on a dvd. The animation would also miss some of important characteristics like a Timecode and safe frames
Originally they pitched the idea to nickolodeon but nick did not like it or ever want it! So they had to make it feel bootlegging to avoid copyright! This might be the animation that they pitched to nick/Viacom.
Thats because only the first 5 pages of script were found. So you're right this IS a concept of what the movie would have been and as said by the creator of the idea (mr. Orange) in this video (ua-cam.com/video/mkq1DBVWdig/v-deo.html) the movie would actually look like this
