Boy it’s mild. Guy could pound posts yet. We weaned 10 days ago, kicked the cows back out to pasture after preg testing last weekend. They get a few bales a day, but content to pick around some. Nice moving bales and not having a foot of snow to slow a guy down. As long as we get 3 ft of snow later on, it can stay brown for now.
You've been pretty warm up there.. 6° I hear😳 We've had your normal temps at night.. -5 to -10c at night. +5-+10c by afternoon.. sunny until today, supposed to rain tomorrow, if it warms up 🤣😂 Whole lot faster moving bales without the ☃️💩!!! We bring them in as we harvest, otherwise by now, it would all be 💩, not even fit to call feeder hay.
Thanks for the vidja Tyson enjoyed it yeah we still got probably 1500 more bales to haul home it sure is nice when there’s no snow on the ground makes it easier when hauling bales
I quit mushroom stacking since I started netwrap too. But went to putting all on the ground. I found that the netwrap touching in Pyramid would freeze together. However lose a lot of acres for bales now
I priced tires today & I was shocked that 2 Firestone snow 225/75/R15 tires for my 1999 ford Ranger was $331.41 with tax. I was even more shocked when another 2 tires were $440.00 USD. I live in SW Minnesota. Thanks Tyson for your videos.
It's warm here in Minnesota also. It was 46F today. It was sure nice weather for hauling corn to town. It's supposed to be in the 30's for the next 10 days at least. It sure helps shorten winter.
Lol same over in northern bc. No winter yet, few lil snowfalls but been anywhere from -5 to plus 10. Had 1 week before Halloween like u guys of snow and -16 lol😊😊
@@Northern_Farmer oh, I knew you had a 90 series but wasn’t sure which. Well I learned something today. Any plans for ol Smokey, is it going to be a big job to fix it?
Was it a perilli tire? Blew a sidewall on a 2 yr old perilli tire on a hillside this summer moving bales. My tire guy said he has never seen a bald perilli tractor tire
What do you do with all the trees when you clear that piece of land lumber firewood wood pellets ? You really have some nice level field s how many acres do you farm ?
Thanks for the video, Tyson! It's a strange year without any snow yet, but it sure makes your job of moving bales a lot easier. We need that snow before next spring to get things growing! Have a nice day! 😀
tough choice between buying a bale picker or putting an accumulator on like Sonne Farms run, man its slick as heck, im strongly looking at selling my 8 bale hay hiker n getting an accumulator
Great job hauling bales Tyson and Shaun
Great video Tyson
Hi Tyson. Nice to see you folks had good weather to collect the bales. Thanks for the video.
Glad you liked it
Always good to get a break with the weather, and get jobs done.
It definitely helps
Now I believe Chad's weather report 🤣🤣 I glad you aren't fighting to get to hay. Ive got a few to move myself.
Yes that Northern Alberta scenery brings back memories spent a few days up in Manning breaking new dirt many moons ago. Thanks. 🚜🇨🇦
Yea manning is about hour and 40 north of me
Appears that they have had snow there for a few weeks now
@@Northern_Farmer Yes I knew Manning was a little further away from you. No snow here in my part of South Western Ont.
Great time frame to move bales, glad you have so many from last year
You should do another equipment tour since you got so many new equipment and the origins of your farm, kind of interview your father
Yea maybe...but my father is past the point of be able to interview

Yea I have no room as it is
No snow good deal, glad you have plenty of hay.

We need some snow though
You usually have the ground covered with snow by now don't you?
Sure do...been awhile since I can remember it like this...
We are going to pay for this unusually nice weather at calving time😮😮

Hope not
GOOD STUFF
Looks pretty good Tyson. Watch your step if you decide to tarp the haystack.
THANKS!
Welcome

Works great having the bales in nice rows instead of all over the field
Yea but if it was cold with lots of snow they might have stuck together...the other style of mover keeps them separated
I knew it was coming. Last Thursday right you should’ve asked
Yea ..I said last night...speak of the devil
Hi Tyson How is the winter feeding going...must be close to calving?
Actually have almost 100 calves now
The trailer Shawn is hooked to has large axle spread compared to yours. No issues with tire and hubs on it??
No..I thinkmit works better with the spread
Wouldn’t the circuit board on the 2090 fit on the 2096? Also any plans to fix your broken down tractors this winter?
The 2290 you mean? The 90 series had cables..94 series used circuit board and solenoids to control the shifting.
I plan to fix the front end on the 135...and the mx 170

Good year
Much better than hauling in a blizzard ,preciatchya
Much
I saw those tanks going up highway 43 last week.
That's usually the route they take
What’s unloading at the farm mx 170 ?
Mx 135

I am negotiating to sell the poplar trees to the osb mill here...and the spruce I keep fir my mill

Strange indeed...although we did get some snow overnight.. about half inch.
Im sure winter will catch up. It always does.
That's true

Yea that thing woukd be cool...still woukd have had to get them moved for second cut
Winter came early in Europe -(Romania)
A month earlyer than usual
Really..hmmm
You should have no problem getting all your manure on the fields this year
I'll get some for sure
We got a feet of snow yesterday , goderich ontario
We got a half inch last night
What's the squeal on the Case? Hydraulic pump?
I commented while watching. 😉
Ouch $$$
All the old case tractors whine like that in reverse
Hey Tyson, cold enough for you
Sure was...not bad now
Just wanted to make sure you were all OK
Hey man everything ok sure do miss your vedios been like 3months hows calving
Yea it's been a stressful few months....new video coming soon

Hey Tyson, I've been trying to email you about this, but would you be interested in hiring a monthly basis video editor for the channel?
No sorry I'm not looking for that right now.
