I love getting into the flow state when doing my hobbies, painting minis and playing basketball. There is only the moment, familiar yet new as it unfolds

8:35 the point is that we will be always with some regrets, for some its their family, their love, their accomplishments and their wrong doings.
I think the point was always to remain present doesn't matter if you are working hard to reach your goals or spending time with friends or wasting time on social media. Be present, try to register your surroundings, observe and then you might be able to discern things which are useful or which aren't.
    Long breath in....
    Breath out...
I'll definitely try that wall staring. Thanks for sharing 🙏.

Recenty I read Demian from Herman Hesse. An incredible quote from the book is:
"If we were nothing more than unique beings, it would be easy to make us disappear from the world with a rifle bullet, and then there would be no point in telling stories. But each man is not only himself; It is also the unique and special point, in any case important and curious, where, once and never again, the phenomena of the world intersect in a singular way.
That is why the history of each man, as long as he lives and fulfills the will of nature, is admirable and worthy of all attention."
I have struggled with being able to live freely and was always trapped by what I had to do in order to reach a certain goal or not. Then it hit me. Being obsessed and distracted just made it worse, it made the process feel heavy and boring. Then I recently decided to start turning every single action into something mindful and artistic. It is very difficult, but the times I have been able to pull it have benn very enjoyable. We're unique, and our success is just a mirror of the potential and ability already present. We are worthy of appreciation, love and compassion even without our achievements.

ask any elderly person one thing they regret in their life and its usually working too much. you definitely need to find that balance in your life to enjoy what time you have.

“If religion has set up the proposition that we are sinners altogether, I set over against it the other: we are perfect altogether! For we are, every moment, all that we can be; and we never need be more.” - Max Stirner

Forsure your so right its important to learn how to just be, truly relax. But also like anything else in this life there is a balance to it, because you can also over do it and relax too much and eventually become a bum, just like some rich people in their deathbeds, there are bums in their death beds thinking dam I didnt do shit in ma life, today tho people in general in cities are more overstimulated in the mind, I doubt they truly know how to sit and truly relax. I think those are the two sides of this life, work and rest, Do and not do. Ying yang They complement, support and inpulse each other. There is great happiness in both, the joy of just feeling your existance, your breath. Your body. The small and simple things in life, look at the ants, play with the birds. Feel the wind, let your body just float ect. And the great Joy in creating yourself, mastering your Body Machine, finding and mastering a craft, your art and using that to build with others also taking the time to figure out how to fix our mistakes and problems as a human family, finding out the best procedures and techniques to live by and pass that to the next generations, cant be making the same mistakes over and over. Finding the balance in both of these states is being truly Whole. Right on Sis

13:47 Sounds bad because i'm late (for once) BUT STOP UPLOADING YOUR VIDEOS AT UNGODLY HOURS OMG 😭
    About the actual video:
Well this actually gets me in a soft spot, since i've felt this, and QUITE a bit.
In general, in my childhood i got quite pressured to be productive, and do stuff, obviously centered on school, and even if my parents completely stopped being like that on hs, i just kept slef-pressuring myself to do all i can and get the highest grades i could, wich is cathegorized as anxiety.
I haven't studied a lot about trauma, but i do remember that it's quite impossible to recover from that WHILE you're being in a enviroment that constantly pressures you to be productive, in a toxic manner. So if you're in such an enviroment, on the possible, try to get out of it, or make it so the comments of those who traumatize you don't affect you, at least not as much as they could. ¿How? Well, there's cognitive reframing and meditation, i can add those up here in this comment, but the techniques i know may not work for u, and also i'd have to translate them and it's kinda long, i suggest that if you're interested you can try a lot of things on the internet, in general it's "coping mechanisms" and "changing self-perception through meditation".
Srry for not having too much to say today, but i hope this helps!

Great to see you again, friend.
Please see my comment just now. It seems that we need to teach ourselves what it means to rest, to pause, to relax, to take a break. Only then can we realize our human situation, when we take a break from all the working and busying around. And thanks to your comment, I now realize that this is also true for deeper mental issues.
I would like to say that this might be (or at least partly) the idea behind Jewish Shabbat and the Christian sunday ('Day of the Lord'). A day every week to reflect, recalibrate, recenter, straighten out priorities, realize and accept weaknesses and mistakes, put all back in perspective. In short, a weekly day of 'obliged' presence

youre getting too close to telling people to lose track of context and logic. not to be that guy but im totally about to be that guy:
youre a pretty face with a planned blow up who is representing the same ideas that make everyone deadended so theyre easier to control and eliminate.

@@nosomev I’m actually for quite the opposite! I believe in freedom in every corner of life you desire it in. The message of this video is simply to be okay with existing without HAVING to work constantly so you don’t fry your nervous system and are incapable of being present/simply enjoying life also when you are working 😁 hope this helps. I despise dynamics of people controlling others, especially by government organizations but I won’t go into detail! Stay present and grounded, peace and love brother 🩵
