I have a few worx tools but recently I had a new hedge trimmer with a similar charger. Charger just does not work any ideas after using once. I have another luckily but was curious if you had ever experienced this.
If you are in the UK I would contact worx uk customer services, they are awesome :-) if you are after general advice I would check the individual cells first then the temperature sensor, after all that if its still not working I would give up and buy a new one :-)
