Any wizard is a counter to this TBH a lesser geared wizard fucks this build up because you can't fit in Antimagic. Ignite/Fire Mastery makes it so much worse. BoC lock is only scary if they use Crystal sword BoC and stack magic damage (a majority of their damage has to come from magic since you are lower MR) if not its gg. The demon wins since with all this agility you have 10%+ action speed and you cut them up very fast, they would have to be like full plate full PDR Warlock.

does increased buff duration actually increase the duration of the healing potions? on barb they have a passive that states specifically increases health gained by potions by 20% and decreases duration by 50% meaning you heal 20% more 50% faster. why would you want 15 points of healing to last over 20+ secs vs 10seconds if its the same amount of healing? or is the healing potions set to a certain number per second and it increases both? if thats the case then would it be more or less using a uncommon, or rare potion cause those heal the same for less time i think giving you faster healing.
Each quality of health potion ticks for X rate over Y time. Buff duration increases the duration of pots which increases the "number of ticks" since the number of ticks will always increase if the duration of the potions increases. Hope this helps. The DaD wiki has a lot of useful information that can be found about how things are calculated in game.
If you are against somebody you know is going to commit to melee and not run (barbs/fighters/clerics) it can be best to miss your first swing intentionally to "wind up" the last 3 swings because the last two do nice DPS since they come out so fast. Landing the thrust and the twist is important. I have found that in-between the thrust motion and the twist you should move your mouse just slightly, I feel like if you keep it in the same exact position it will just whiff 50% of the time because of something on the games end that is not particularly your fault. Just lock in everygame that thrust and twist motion is coming up in the animation and aim for the head and move slightly around but still on the head before the twist. It takes some practice

Phantomize??
The devs nerfed this option.
Is this a tiberian sun music I hear?

now tell us about the nerf creeping rogues needed ))
The devs have fucked us today. We no longer get the Kris dagger…
@@siralexandertggaming reverted before wipe, all we can do is pray 🙏
why true dmg instead of add dmg? wouldnt scaling dmg be better
Either is fine tbh, scaling is only better if you headshot but even then it may not be if your target has high PDR. Both are equally good and considered a secondary "extra" stat in this build IMO. personally I would build true if given the chance to fit it in on the build
Yami already playing demon lock lmao
You made the marked get sold out lol...
Self inflicted wound that I did not forsee, NGL lol. It will pass quickly, trust.
People on the reddit were saying the demon nerfs didn't even target the "OP" build (caster) and were unwarranted. I now understand that both you and the devs knew something that the redditors did not.
Damn. Demon is strong after spending 6k on kit? Who would have guessed.
Ah no wonder yami ran this build
Oh nice. Massive lifesteal off a fast attack weapon without needing to restore it at a campfire? Better nerf fighter another 10 times.
They just did a huge fighter buff
makes me too happy watching cheese classes like bard and cleric get demolished
Noo don't share the secret knowledge... I've been running this the past few days lol
No shot you had to use a calculator to do 100x1.6
didnt elite500 come up with this build?
woah he plays this game?
@@carlotiu1308 yh elite5xx is his alt, streams dark on there sometimes
It's a pretty basic game in terms of mechanics, I wouldnt ever say someone "came up" with a build, how would you ever know theirs not been 100 people doing the exact same thing before them?
@@dar4061The build is very specific In how it works and unheard of until elite was running it and theory crafting on stream. The gear and weapons used are the exact same with no variation. I just like seeing ppl get credit where it's due
Nerf warlock bro….
They can't sdf has to hit demigod first then he can nerf him
Does this also work for Dark Offering or would it need a bit too much stat substitutes?
I will test this tonight and comment back. You'd think with the mass buff duration you can keep refreshing dark offering. I will comment back in a little bit.
@@zeplore8491 you can, its awesome but you need to scale resourcefulness too for the skill cooldown; 36 res and 60% buff duration (+22 res, +53% buff from gear) gives you 1.5s to refresh it, 38 res and 70% buff duration (+24 res, +63% buff) gives you 3s and you get 24 / 25.5s of the buff with those stats. need lots of meds to get up to 10 stacks, though you can do it over time getting a stack or 2 and clearing some mobs w shadow touch and repeating or use demon lifesteal.
@@chadwick6857 Yea so if you want to do this considering my build is 14 resourcefulness right now Id need a complete rehaul, slapping on some old boots with double movespeed to make it 19 and maintain fast movespeed wouldn't cut it then. SO while it *IS* doable, It does not seem feasible to have a 325MS 65% buff duration WITH 36 resourcefulness.
yikes inflation IS CRAZY
