I bought a 250 pack of CCI.22 magnums and am getting light strikes on about 10% of the rounds in my40 year old Colt Trooper. It’s the ammo. I never have light strikes with rounds that I have had sitting around for decades.
I just ordered one. The shorter barrel (lighter)can have better accuracy when hand held. The longer has an advantage when bench rested. 😮Just my personal experience however I did get the 6” as I just like the longer barrel.
I'm 74 and I love fiberoptic front sights because they are easy to see. I hate fiberoptic front sights because they subtend so much of the target that real precision is impossible. As in so much of life there are trade offs and compromise. But apparently both of our King Cobras are capable of better accuracy than the gun nuts behind the gun.
I’m going to put a reflex sight on it tomorrow to see how accurate it can really be. It’s not drilled and I’m not going to drill it. Don’t ask, just subscribe and wait for the content 🤣.
I did one of the 1'st UA-cam videos on the King Cobra Target 22 and liked it so much I bought a 2'nd revolver. Yours is the 1'st review I've seen on the 6" version. I'm anxiously awaiting their upcoming 3" version. Nice review by the way.

I think 22 lr all steel revolvers are always in demand and hard to find in general. Can't go wrong having a couple of these type in your collection.
