This video is specifically on the different issues I have faced after completing 10000 KM on my honda H'ness bike including the wobbling problem. I will be sharing all the details starting from air filter, front and rear brake pads, chain sprocket with parts cost and bigwing service cost.

Hi, I am owning Honda highness from 2022, let me tell you what happened for me , I got wobbling issue at 14000 kms and I went for a front tyre change , I went for ceat tyre and the wobbling issue did not stop even after changing the tyre so I thought some serious issue with my bike so I took it to service centre and they removed my wheel and put another wheel from a test drive bike having new MRF tyre and when I drove it there was no wobbling so I understood that only MRF tyres are optimal for this bike and then I changed both front and backtyre at a time and now no wobbling at all even if I use top box.
Sir have u find any solution of wobbling issue?? M facing serious wobbling issue above 50kmph...
Air filter 5-6k pe useless ho rha hai
Also facing mud issue in light rain even on normal wet road
Change the tyres. That is the solution. MRF ZAPPERS are the worst tyres EVER. change them. All will be well. I own one too. Speaking out of experience.
Which tyres did you go for ?
It may start after 5000+ kms
Cone set should be changed i guess bcoz even mine handle was in the same condition
Good job making your video. Few things are off from what you have said.
Air filter has a duration of 15000 kms to what manufacturers recommended but if you ride in fine dust environment the duration will reduce, as fine dust will clog your filter so always inspect ur filter every 5000km Don't buy free flow air filter as it will not filter smaller particals, you need to clean them carefully.
Brake pads should last 18000 up to 27000 km depending on usage and brake oil has to be replaced once in 20000 km or 1.5 years and brake bleeding to remove air from the system. If you want significant stopping power buy EBC HH sintered metalic pads or EPFA HH pads for race level performance. It's 4500 rs a set but worth it. Ur tyre should have good grip as poor grip tyres or low grade tyres will not help in reducing stopping distance.
Wobble issue is due to miss matched tyres so even if you have new tyres from a company if the tyre is not developed well you will suffer wobble issue forever .
Also check front wheel and rear wheel alignment or bent rims
And they had loosened the head bearing adjustment nut which should be loosened only after loosening top two suspension bolts and main tripple tree clamp nut. Other wise you will have an uneven triple tree clamp .
Learn to adjust the chain you will end up with mysterious high chain wear out or damage. Honda will over tighten the chain as time goes by.

Break pads are organic and they last less than 10k kms they fade very fast cause most braking is front tyre
@@santoshvictor ouch.... I have EPFA HH sintered from ebc please try them for me they last 35000 kms but cost 4000 Rs a set been using them for last 12 years and used many sets . I will never buy HH pads only EPFA ebc HH.
Remember the pads are only as good as the tyres if the tyres have low grip the pads cannot perform.
I ow a 2022 Honda CB350 RS with approximately 6,000 kilometers ridden, have encountered a handlebar wobble issue exceeding 60 kilometers per hour. My investigation suggests the source of this issue may not primarily reside in the tires, but rather in the steering head bearings, commonly referred to as the "cone set."
Specifically, I have observed that the cone set dimensions in my motorcycle appear smaller than those typically found in other comparable bikes. This observation has been corroborated by other CB350 RS owners who have reported similar wobbling issues. Interestingly, some of these owners have successfully reduced or eliminated the wobble by replacing their original cone set with alternative units, including those sourced from Royal Enfield motorcycles
So if we find an alternative consett for this bike we can drastically reduced wobbling issue.
wobbling is due to tyre which honda cannot do much. MRF is heavy and rubbish, wears unevenly. Else check handlebar cone set and wheel bearing. OEM air filter is best.

Honda has gone downhill actually which was unexpected whereas RE has improved a lot on every aspect
Honda should bring more premium products like 650cc and 1000 cc bikes. They have got all the engines and infrastructure to eat up Indian market.
for wobbling change front tire to any other brand then MRF. by the way I have Hness 2021 model, it has no wobbling at all even at 120 kmph. completed 14K kms so far on stock tires.
That means wobbling is a solvable issue, but exactly which joint in the front setup is unbalanced is hard to probe. The Honda team would have received the feedback over a year now from so many customers, yet I am not sure they have a definite answer.
Even one of my friend faces this issues and unresolved post 3-4 service center visits

Brother which company tyre to use i am damn confused is it mrf failure or honda. I personally feel tyre is the issue for 80% and 20% is honda frame or they should have used 18 inch tyre

Do they sell air filter and brake pads so we can fix it ourselves or they don't do counter sales? Important question, otherwise they'll simply keep ripping you off even after warranty period. For my Honda unicorn, I buy all genuine parts from showroom and do it myself or mechanic if more hard work is needed

Bro if you consider wobbling issue as an issue then would you want to replace with classic. I am asking this for my judicious decision. Actually this is in my wishlist. Is wobbling issue is deal breaker?
Classic is a very good and reliable bike but highness is different. If I have to choose again, I will go with highness

Once you drive Honda 350 and Re350 you won't choose RE350 unless you are redirected to availability of ASC and showroom

Work is keeping me busy, follow up video will be released soon. But talking briefly, the service centre did some adjustment to cone set which resulted in reducing the wobbling but not completely fixed. Also, the chain sprocket started acting weird, need to get that fixed as well.

Brake pads ki life kitni thi ? As in as per your braking habit, how many kms before it needed replacing ?
8k to 9k km, I prefer to change the brake pad when it reaches 80% of its life
5000-5500km front. rear 11-12k
Iam glad i went with royal enfield. Already clockd almost 20k kms now no issues whatsoever

I have a doubt please clear it if anyone knows the answer. Is wobbling only seen when you leave ur hands or is it seen even when you are holding handle with both the hands ?

I have been running behind this issue from pillar to post but no solution. Seems like bigwing is not interested to solve it. The responses are casual, could be they know it can't be solved or they just want to put there resources in changing parts and making money. Nobody shows any interest in finding the issue.
Am now planning to change the tyres may be it could solve the wobbling issue !!
