- Hi Guys,
This is my first ride impression of Honda CB350 DLX Pro. I have tried to capture what I liked and things did not appeal to me.
It resembles to RE Classic 350 however have a different flavor and feel.
I liked:
Paint and overall quality
Seat comfort
Acceleration, brakes and gear shift
Handling is really good
Did not like:
Horn and indicator switch placement

...cb350 = more power n torque yet more mileage , better engine refinement and smoothness, more features like slipper clutch , traction control etc , more durable and long lasting, honda is honda and Re is no match.

@@Jatinsharmafamily ...forgot to mention that the honda 350 is 8 kg lighter then the Re 350 , it also has led lights all around, hazard lights ( if iam not wrong), alloy wheels, cb350 is 15% more fuel efficient as well.

I took a test ride a few weeks back. I loved everything except the brake. I found the RE bikes to have a better bite. I rode Hness, RS, and CB the rear.brake lacked bite. Cpuld it be coz of the test ride bikes??
Sid, I too rode all three as well as all the three bikes from RE so have a fair idea about most of the things.
Brakes are more or less same but I found Honda to be better due to less weight. And yes test ride bike is ridden by variety of riders so probably may not be in the good condition. I found the brakes to be adequate not the best but good enough in Honda.
@@Jatinsharmafamily Just took a test ride again for CB & Hness. I felt it better this time. Like you said, not great but adequate, and i guess with time one gets used to it. Smooth bikes both of them. Will take a call soon.

Nice review, vo aap acceleration chodne ki bol rhe ho vo bike ka rev limiter hai, bike itni refined hai ki iska rev limiter kab hit hota hai pata hi nhi chalta.

Cruise bike pe jabardasti nahi karte...ise aaram se mauj lete huye chalana hota hai
The RS350 has front wheel & handle wobbling issue when riding around 80kmph...Is this CB350 also felt wobbling while riding in 60 to 100 kmph..pls. let us know have felt any wobbling, while doing long rides in all speeds...
Hi Karthik, I have not seen any wobble issues with cb350. I felt it to be very stable. However I must mention that I have ridden it in the city only and hence do not have any experience of highway riding. I rode it at 80-90kmph and did not feel or observe any wobble.

Bhai suna hai unlike RE 350, Honda Hness ka suspension low speed city ride ke liye utna achha nahi hai, bumps and potholes diectly felt through back and spine. At least that's what a big YT review channel explained. So, does this new avatar in classic attire, which is mainly a cosmetic version of the original Hness, bear the similar characteristics or Honda improved its suspension compared to Hness to make it comfortable enough to drive mainly in urban traffic? How you felt through bumps and potholes? I saw the video - there you mostly rode through excellent road without many bumps and potholes.

Bhai, you are right roads I rode were mostly in very good condition however I can say with confidence that it is at par with classic 350. I rode classic 350 recently hence it is quite fresh in my memory.
I must say that Classic engine more tractable at low speed and easy but cb350 is also fairly good at slow speed and really good in quick acceleration.
So difference is very very narrow.
I would strongly suggest you to take back to back test ride. This will give you a good clarity.2.5lakh is not a small amount to take a good test ride.

@sagarkpune I did not ride with pillion hence can’t say with certainty but whatever I rode I can say that suspension is really good and pillion should have no problem.
Ek baar bike chala ke dekhna bhai, watch UA-cam video but decide after you experience it.
Aapki mehnat ki kamai he 2.5lakh bahut badi amount he.

Even i got same question. How is suspension setup in cb350. I purchased classic 350 new last month. Suspension is worst & hard in classic 350. I feel like I am sitting on a stone. Can't sit on bike more than 45mins on classic reborn. I thought of buying cb350 considering it might have good suspension. But cb350 also having hard Suspensions. Then i can i should buy yamaha fz v4❤
@vidyasagarpatil2557 cb350 feels very similar to classic 350 in suspension and comfort. Hence I doubt if you will have any difference between these two bikes. However cb350 will feel little more quick. Other than that I did not really feel any differences.

Nice Review Sir. how's the gear ratio in traffic? Can see that you were able to ride in 3rd gear at lower speed and managed to speed up till 60, And did you experience any wobbling and heating issuss?
Hi Sagar, very easy in city. Gearing is very suitable for city ride. Be in 3rd gear and you are good in city. 3rd gear 20 to 80 kph.
No vibrations, no wobble and no heating issues.

2024 Jawa 42 maine nahi chalaya he however I had ridden previous generations. This Jawa is different than old one hence can’t say. But I am sure about cb350 and found it to be really good.
So if I have to pick then it’s Honda cb 350 however I would strongly suggest you to take a test ride of both the bikes and decide.

Nikhil, so far I didn’t find any bike with satisfactory lights for night ride in India. I have not checked cb350 lights performance but can say with my experience so far that it would also need an auxiliary light.
However it can’t be deal breaker. I liked the bike and overall fit, finish and quality.
You observed something abnormal in acceleration
While in first and second gears . Rise of speed appeared suspended at
Some point of throttle rotation. This is never
heard before !!
Yes, I did observe this and it was for the first time for me as well. I was trying to see the top speed in first two gears and observed it during this run. Very new experience for me. This was because of traction control kicking in and cutting off the power to rear wheel.

Hi Sagar, I think both the bikes are very similar with some aesthetic differences. Look wise I prefer cb350 over H”ness specially Red colour.

Heating hota hai kya classic 350 jaisa?
Hi Nayan, cb350 ko city traffic me about 35-40mins chalaya lekin heat nahi feel hui. Engine kaafi relaxed or easy rehta he.
Aur koi savaal ho to batana Nayan.

@vibekpradhan3494 hi Bro, both are similar in terms of looks. Power wise CB 350 will feel quick and tech heavy however classic350 is plain and simple but amazing character.
Honda comes with more reliability and Royal Enfield comes with history, heritage and larger community.
Very difficult to choose one however if I have to take a call then would prefer Honda at this moment but you can’t go wrong with ever green classic.
Take a test ride Vibek, and then decide.

Yes, indeed I found this to be better than classic in performance and equipment. Ride quality is similar.
Classic calm and relaxed at slow speed.
Overall cb350 offers better value for money.
Comparing to Speed 400 which is better, i think both almost in the same price bracket?
Interesting comparison. Although both are very different but true more or less in similar price bracket.
Speed 400 is faster, lighter and agile whereas cb350 is laid back, easy and fairly good in performance.
It all depends on the taste of the buyer.
If one wants a bigger machine then Speed 400 is the choice and for classic / retro style cb350.
Difficult to decide though 🥲
Compared to Honda, Triumph speed 400 maintenance cost will be higher & mileage wise very low!
Also spares will not be available outside.

Hi bhai, yes there are some but not deal breaker:
- Placement of horn and turn signal switch ( it can be a personal thing and may not be applicable for all)
- not with bike but it is limited service network.

@9xn5501 bro, both are good bikes. Honda is little quick and more reliable. Classic has low speed relaxing ride but not so quick.
Back to back test ride lo aapko decision lena easy ho jayega.
