Hi Keaton, very helpful video! Exactly what I was looking for. Do you have an idea of how to track how many new customers I generate for my client? For example if I guarantee x new customers, how will I actually know when they actually reach it since I can only see how many appointments they got etc. Do you know how to track it or do I just have to trust my client?

Awesome video bro, so when having automated conversations/surveys with customers it's better to set up a flow on Many Chat instead of High level? and use High level for the CRM and for the automatic emails/sms for lead nurturing & follow-ups
is Highlevel not good for setting up the flow? you have to sign up for many chat aswell ...... Is Zapier and chat gtp set inside the high level platform or are there further costs ? thanks

Quick Questions: 1 - Do you make the Manychat workflow for every client or how does that part work?
2 - Do you make the zap for every client? I mean you can't use a single Manychat workflow for every client, see this is where I'm confused, how do you connect your single Manychat account with all the different client's accounts?
3 - When you make a sub-account for a client, do they need to connect their Gmail or Mailgun? Like generally, what are the things that they need to do themselves once they login into their account?
1 - Duplicate a template
2 - Each client has their own zap and manychat account
3 - No. They don't have to do anything except update the status of leads in opportunities

You can write "middleware" software to do this for specific industries, but we just book it twice, once in their software, once in GHL

How do the clinics manage the appointments? Let's say a customer shows up for an appointment, the clinic would want that info on their own POS system at the front desk, not having to log into Go High Level to find the appointment.
Book them in both softwares, or build and integration. Or just drag the card in the opportunities board

Im currently trying out GHL but the snapshots dont ask the visitors for agreement in handling their data. I live in EU so thats a must for QDPR reasons. Does anyone know a good fix? or would i have to make websites in wordpress and connect GHL? tyty

Hi Keaton. Great Video again as expected. I learned everything about HIghLevel from you. I just have one question. How can you track whether a lead has already booked an appointment on the website after they filled in the instant form on my FB ad? Because if they did, I obviously want the GHL automation to stop or not even start. Do you have a solution for that?
Just set up the trigger for “appointment booked”
Then fire more automations based on that (eg remove from other workflow, add to appt reminder workflow)

@@tomitomhd1101 Linked what to the website? You're saying you're using a different type of calendar, not a GHL calendar?
If so you need to use an API software like Zapier or Make to make the trigger happen, or do a Webhook action from the calendar software if possible
@@ItsKeaton Yeah some of my clients already have their calendar integrated into their website so a customer can just book in an appointment there. Ah right so with Zapier I can just tag the customer if they get to the thank you page right? Then I'll know that they booked an appointment.
Which zapier plan do you use/recommend for agency owners?
(I would only use it for this function not sure how many zaps I need)
Whatever allows you to have pro zaps. You can always upgrade if you need to for more zaps - there are more and more people building tools that just connect stuff directly to GHL as well. Look into Make (Zapier alternative) which has some really good automation stuff

If you want buttons and quick replies, yes. GHL can't really touch manychat on messenger automation capabilities. It just depends what you need though

I mean it's against GHL terms of service to make the price any lower that the current lowest option. I wouldn't recommend it at all
I was looking at their docs and it doesn't seem that GHL supports backups. What happens if a client accidently deletes something or screw something up? (or worse yet, what if the GHL servers fail)?

Hi Keaton, question on automated messaging. Just started my FB ad agency this week with appointment setting built in to the contract. My two questions related to high level are; where do the automated sms messages originate from (what phone number), and can you talk to a client through that phone number outside of high level? I'm operating in the personal trainer niche and expect a lot of back and forth conversations that I would like to have the actual personal trainer be involved in.
1) You purchase a number for $1/mo with a local area code
2) There is an app (LeadConnector) where you can access all conversations. You can have calls in the app or have them forward to your cell

Can you just have them have their own $97 a month account ? They can give full access to the account once signed up and as a service you can set up the account , maintain the account as well as run the ads ? Cause then they can pay for the $97 a month automatically plus the the ad spend and service fee and you just have to worry about the services aspect of it all . (As for the ads you can outsource ) Once you really scale your business a are making enough you can go the $297 route and just have clients sign under you . Idk if that’s a smart tactic lastly does the $97 a month come with automations like texts and appointment scheduling ?because the most important part is getting the clients results ( sorry for the long comment)

I’m not in GHL yet (just researching) I’ve seen a video where someone added this manually but don’t remember who it was
you can customise most of the payment gateways that have their API to connect to GHL web hook (or Zapier, up to you). In a simple use cases you may just have some unique reference for payment that is stored in GHL and assigned to a user when the purchase process starts and then another workflow to handle this at the end when you receive just a simple confirmation to webhook with that payment ID which allows you to mark the user as closed etc. Try to divide any process into explicit steps and you’ll figure it out eventually.

Ghl is most even if you have 1 client, you need to nurture them leads for your clients! When i started i used to send the leads info to the client and the client wouldn't call them asap etc the closing rate was shit and i ended up losing that client
