Very good video I enjoyed that. I do trackdays so appreciated the time you all took to show and discuss your data analysis. I don't have a golf but I'd be very happy if I did.
super content! please keep us updated with a new episode! what happened to the car, what track days it participated in, what service was done. just one more episode where you tell us the evolution of the car 😀
I thought about going spherical bushing on my MkV , but it would completely negate it as a DD. The Poly bushings at 90 is the stiffness i like and since the roads are really nice here in N. Ca I can deal with the mildly increased noise. I tried Firestones and had good results. Sidewall a bit soft but great dry grip.
Hi, they're E46 M3 seat brackets. However, we do sell Cobra brackets specifically for this seat - www.tegiwaeuro.com/cobra-nogaro-low-seat-side-mount.html?fbclid=IwAR2PKduC3hU1X1Sb7ivrj9PSTHrWFEwe77iK8GblLDXtAv24g2JEhYguasI
i’m doing a lot of track days and autox with my gti (about 2 a month) and i was wondering if the competition ysr coilovers would be the right choice? The 16k F and 14k R seem really stiff and my tracks are kinda bumpy would you still recommend them?
If your going to be using it as a daily as well as track I'd suggest starting at the softer end of the scale and stick with Dynamic Pro Sports still - at least then you can afford to go 2kg higher as well as even it out with the adjustable dampening. Hope that answers your question
I don't suppose you could comment on the damping quality of those coilovers? I ask because they're a fairly inexpensive option amongst a selection of fairly expensive aftermarket parts. Generally I like to stick with name brands I'm familiar with but if you think these offer solid performance I may give them a look as the inclusion of camber plates makes them a good value, I'd just rather not buy into something with sub-par damping characteristics.

Subscribed for this series! Very interesting…. How long are the races for the endurance car?
Races are 2 or 3 hours.
@@areamotorsport would it make it for a 6 hours race?
Andreas Syrigos yes for sure.
@@areamotorsport could it make more than 6 hours?
Out of interest is a baffled sump not really necessary on these on track or they fairly well sorted from stock?
Baffle sump isn’t needed
What offset wheels are you using?
What is the brand of the wheels studs again? And where can I buy them
Hi, they're the Apex wheel stud conversion kit.
What size are you running on the ps4
We had 18×8.5 WedsSport TC105X fitted with 255/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport 4.

Wait, you only had ps4 on this? Not even ps4s? and you call it a track car?
Please fix the tire rubbing. That’s a lot of work and prep to have tires rub continuously…
What are the wheel and tyre specs?
Wedsport & PS4 specs
