To break some stuff down:
The bandicoot line is a reference to Crash Bandicoot, a game franchise that became much more popular than Tomb Raider on the PlayStation.
The line about being "such a toxic date that you could kill a little monkey" is a reference to the part in Raiders of the Lost Ark when a monkey eats a poisoned date (the fruit) and dies.
The John Williams line about scoring is referring to how John Williams orchestated the score for the Indiana Jones films.
The line about Marion being 15 is referring to how according to the director of the original Raiders film, Marion was 15 when Indiana first met her. She's an adult during the events of the film, but when Marion is talking about the first time she and Indiana hooked up she says "I was a child, it was wrong and we both knew it."
The fridge line is a reference to the 4th movie when Indiana climbs into a fridge to survive a nuclear bomb.
To add to the fridge line- Winston in the freezer is a reference to the tutorial of the first Tomb Raider game in which your butler would follow you around your mansion with a tea tray, and locking him in the walk in freezer became a meme.
Also, the Sloppy Seconds line was a reference to when he and his absent father plowed the same Nazi woman in the same 24 hour period she died in.
Finally, Big Bang Theory spent the B-plot of an episode pointing out that the Nazis wouldn't have found the Arc of the Covenant in the first movie if Indy hadn't uncovered it in the first place, meaning that he could have achieved the same result by staying home and jerking off.
That crossed with the fact that he hid from a nuke in a fridge and survived, despite that not being how nukes, fridges, hiding, or really anything works makes that line funny as hell
And Marion was 17 when they first meet.

I caught most of these but I was confused about several bars so thank you for the clarification
The sitcom thing was in reference to how the characters of Big Bang theory realized thanks to Amy how Indiana Jones, the star of the series was the most irrelevant character because the nazi would have found the ark and died with or without his involvement
The double in the line is about when Indiana hid in a lead lined refrigerator from the big bang of a nuclear explosion.
I think Lara hit hard in her first verse. In response to his "Indianaconda don't want none," she went at his deepest fear: "Why'd it have to be snakes?"
Her line about John Williams is a rebuttal of his line about the first four notes of his theme. He may be known for that theme, but he didn't even write it.
"You're a dog, Indiana" is a reference to the third movie where it's revealed that the nickname he chose for himself (Indiana) was the name of the family dog. His real name is Henry Jones Jr. (She disrespects him further in the last verse by calling him "Junior," as his father did in the 3rd movie.)
"You tried alien skulls and chose poorly" is a reference to the 5th movie, which was almost universally hated by Indiana Jones fans.
Crystal Skull was the 4th movie
Someone already explained the Big Bang Theory/Sitcom debunk line so I ain’t gotta break it down further, but there’s another great line I’m not seeing everyone get.
The line about affections and sloppy seconds is a double that references Indy’s Dad dedicating more time to his archeological pursuits than to Indy, but also the fact that the German lady from “The Last Crusade” slept with Indy’s father before she slept with him.

This is one where I think lacking the background on both franchises hinder knowledge of the lines.
Both came out blasting and hitting hard, but for me, Lara slaughtered Indy. Even removing the savageness of the Marion bar, she still eviscerated him several times in both rounds.
Yep. People who don't remember or haven't seen the Indiana Jones movies miss most of Lara's best lines.
"J in the floor" was in the "name of God" puzzle in the 3rd movie.
Bandicoot reference: Crash Bandicoot dethroned Lara Croft/Tomb Raider back then. Some people think Lara Croft should have been Sony's mascot instead of Crash Bandicoot. This is even to the point, more people wanted C.rash Bandicoot in Smash Ultimate way more than Lara Croft.
"You're a dog Indiana, that's facts" - Naughty Dog's a video game developer who did the 90's Crash Bandicoot games and the Uncharted games with Nathan Drake.
It's also a reference to Dr. Jones calling himself "Indiana" after the family dog.
Crash is also known for its boulder chase levels which were an homage to indiana Jones so its cool he mentioned Crash. Crash and Lara Croft often appeared together in magazines and commercials to promote the PlayStation

I saw some ppl on other videos commenting.
The big bang line is because there was an episode where one of the characters in big bang theory completely destroyed indi by saying the whole scenario in this world wouldnt have been diffrent if he wouldn't exist. So basically saying he was even irrelevant in his own plot.
And the falling in te ground like an J - J the letter goes thru the ground, also in one of indies movies there was a trap (booby trap) where he had to do something where the tiles with a J would let him fall down.

I’ve heard different opinions of who won, so I’m guessing it could arguably be called for either side; but I have to believe Lara probably did better than you thought once you know what all her bars were referencing.

There was an episode of the Big Bang Theory where they made a big deal over the fact that the story to Raider's of the Lost Ark wouldn't have been any different without Indiana Jones in it (I believe it was Raiders of the Lost Ark, but I'm not 100%).
Okay I came back coz the big bang theory line just hit me in an episode they debunk one of the Indian film by say if you remove him from the film the nazis would of still found the chest and all died still 🤯
Sort of, Indy got the ark back to America while in enemy territory so he did something important but it was done offscreen.

I watch this rap battle there are some parts that I pick Lara Croft is the winner but then I changed my mind to Indiana Jones for the victory and then I decided to change my mind again saying it's a tie since both of them have the same level of disses. well honestly I don't like a lot of the things that Lara Croft dissed against Indiana Jones about. They both kind of came for blood in the rap battle since they both did bring brutal disses against each other but it feels like Indiana Jones bars just slap way harder than Lara Croft. So my pick would be Indiana Jones for the victory to my humble opinion .
Also here's why Indiana Jones diss against Lara Croft in the end of his second verse have two brutal punchlines combine together about uncharted Territory and of course that Drake like Lil Wayne it's also referencing Drake from uncharted but also referencing the rapper Drake since Drake have more hits than Lil Wayne which is also referencing Nathan Drake overshadowing Lara Croft. Also that bandicoot bar is just brutal as well. Like I said before I'm going to pick Indiana Jones for the victory.

The only thing the two could get Drake on is that most of the time he only survives the situations he's in by luck, the issue for the both of them is that Drake has far less flaws in both his character and history than either of them, they just wouldn't have the ammo. I'd say Drake would tear them both a new one. Besides that's usually how it goes when a character comes in late in these..

Eh, yeah you can't really give a proper call on this. You didn't know half of what she was talking about. If you did, you'd know how one sided this really was. Lara bodied Indy thrice fold.
