First, I hope everyone enjoyed the video. I did make a mistake in my original thumbnail in regards to the Top Speed of the bike and put 50 MPH instead of 30 MPH. In the video, I never mention that incorrect top speed and I don't intentionally do clickbait thumbs, so I apologize for the mistake as I should've caught it.
Well-done brother.
Your correction on this and the title-change shows that you are indeed a very humble man.
👊🏽🇺🇸
The thumbnail is fixed (shows 30 mph now) but what about the distance - 90 MILES?
@@LFTRnow What about it? The company claims up to 150km of range. As myself and other e-bike reviewers constantly say about range, the “up to” is important because in perfect conditions, you could get that, but in most cases, it’ll be less.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Is the display easy to remove and change for something else, like app on the phone?
How is the surfave treatment? Do it need extra treatment before use?
I got this e-Bike 3 days ago & LOVE IT!!! 💯👍 It's definitely not a toy, I got it up to 33mph, with a few mods 50mph isn't too far off!!!
I bought a ton of accessories for it already, like a matching green 3 piece saddle bag, new LCD display, gel seat cover, brake light/turn signal, alarm, GPS locator with stickers warning the idiots, & most importantly A 3/4 D.O.T Approved helmet & hard knuckled gloves, if you think that's overboard, if you drive around on your motorcycle around town, don't you wear helmets & dagger safety equipment, well this bike goes JUST AS FAST as any cities traffic is, if not faster, so screw worrying about "looking cool", hey home your kids like I'm trying to!!! 💯👍
Yes, I also got a full DOT motorcycle open-face helmet for my eBike. At first I though it was overkill but its really light and warm in the winter. What range are you getting with the T1?
Where did you find the correct display? If like to replace mine.
What did you use for your LCD display upgrade?
seems 10 of these companies are making bikes at the exact same factory
Yeah what kind of display did you get?
Glad to see one of my favorite UA-camrs reviewing ebikes, and out riding out in my city! 👍🏻😎
Dude such a shame this channel is dying like this. The video quality is top notch.
30mph is more then enough speed. In NYC the speed limit is 25mph anyway...
Love that flip up seat, reminds me of my easy torque ll e-bike. The flip up seat is a very convenient design... Definitely a higher end feature, and a perfect design in my opinion. Getting to my battery is such a pain in the ass!... Love the drone shots... Dope vid...
Did you mean 50+ KPH in your thumbnail? I got excited and watched the video and didn't hear any numbers close to that. You mentioned seeing 30MPH using throttle only but not 50MPH as the thumbnail suggests. Is there a setting or an upgrade to get the bike to 50MPH? Asking because I was amazed at that number and was very interested in hearing you talk about it. Thank you for the great content!
Yeah... it was definitely click-bait mph numbers.
No excuse for someone riding around in St Louis. 🤣
I don't think it would be a good idea to ride something without an all wheel suspension at 50mph. 30mph is more than enough for a bike
He said 30mph on the throttle alone, so I imagine if you peddle also it'll go quicker?
@@GT.Bugger in order for that bike to do 50+ mph, the bike would have to be in the 3000 watt range, with a 72 volt battery and controller to handle all that. So...🤔
Yeah got me a little angry
I really like how small the bike is too. Definitely somewhat portable
😆 Not that small.
Great video of the bike! Review was informative and not padded for runtime.
Cool shots of the arch!
How would you compare the fiido t1 to the radrunner plus? I'm looking to get my first ebike. I'd be using it for the commute to work.
They seem similar. I went into Rad bikes the other day. I really like this t1 tho...
Hello Soldier,
Because you are the only one advertising this bike, I would like ti know if this bike will be safe for my job because I have just received an info with Fiino T1 broken in two when the guy was driving. My job is fast food delivery and I am a little confused right now buying this bike. I was just about to purchase when I received the info. Could you please let me know that they really safe to work with. Thank you very much in advance. Regards Iordan Petrov
The original T1 had issues with the frame cracking in some cases. Fiido recalled those older models and released the Fiido T1 Pro which is the latest version and has a reinforced frame. As long as you're getting the latest Pro version you should be okay!
Nice review! I'm building an e-bike using a steel frame and a mid-drive motor. I think mid-drives are the best for the advantages they have over hub-motors.
Thanks and yea, I'm liking mid-drives too. Good to see the pricing coming down and they're becoming more common.
My friend had a mid drive and it was always breaking chains while my hub motor gave me less problems than any car I've ever had.
Nice all around electric/pedelec bike. Looks like a winner for the money.
Very helpful. Thinking of buying one in the UK. I have a 2000 watt converted hard tail that I ride as a commuter bike but am looking for one to do the weekly shop on and for my wife to use. This looks great.
Excellent vid. Expertly presented.
I have order one and can,t wait to get it. I have Diabetes and lost my driver license a while back. Because of low sugars and want get out go places. I hope this E Bike fills the bill. Thanks for a great review.
You always try to do something new and extra ordinary and make ur audience feel excited for every next video. I took some inspiration from you especially in my video where I ordered pizza to MrBeast's house! 😂💕
Great Review! Thank you!
Wish it came in more colors.
I paused the video, after I saw the arch. Are you from the Lou? Riding a bike in the Lou? I'm from Wisconsin, moved to STL 11 yrs ago, and I have tried a few times to ride to and from work, various routes and have damn near met my end, even on an ebike! So...I'm wondering; do you do any commuting? How have you found the respect of automobile driver's if so?!
Nice video SKB!
Great vid! Very well done!
Great review! How did the weight feel?
pretty complete, more than others I watched on the same bike.
This definitely seems like a solid choice for being my first ebike. Thanks for the awesome video.
Did you get it? How is it?
Super solid review! Thanks for the info!
Why does your thumbnail say 50+ MPH? I knew before I even clicked that this wasn't the case and you confirmed it 2x saying that it goes 30MPH...
People make mistakes he gave you your answer in the video.
So what else are you asking for?
I made a honest mistake in the thumbnail that I should've caught. Sorry for the confusion.
That screen is a problem! Any way to change it? Great video!
We bought two of these and have enjoyed so much. Any issue we had was addressed immediately.
Hi SKB. how much tire pressure do you keep your tires at?
What class is the bike: 2 or 3?
Why does just about every review on ebikes leave out this vital piece of information that effects where the bike can be ridden?
I think in the UK this would be classed as a MOPED not an Ebike as it goes faster than 15mph and is more than 250 watts. Therefore it would have to be taxed insured and the rider would need a license.
If you ride carefully you will most likely be just fine. I speak from experience commuting 30 miles a day mainly on country roads in the UK
😂…..in theory your right. The 4000w scooters and e-bikes racing around London without number plates, tells me the law does not concern its self too much with the 250w limit. This bike would be completely ignored by the police if it was being ridden reasonably.
You got a different one some of them have different kicks done Which is better than the one you got
Man i swear you keep getting every bike i want.
This bike looks nice. Great video!
Thanks for giving us a great review.
What size motor we are legal at 250 watt in Australia great review just bit of info on motor would be helpful
What an awesome review. 👍🏻👍🏻
Can it go 30mph throttle only or only with assist?
throttle only
I like it ...How much is it ?
Can you use another battery for it. I have a non proprietary battery from my current build. It's a 52 volt 23ah.
If you ride somewhere, ex; friends house, appointment, movies, how many hours / days will the battery stay charged to get back to where you came from ? considering it had juice left in it ?
It depends on weight of rider, road surface, if it's flat, mixed, or hilly terrain, if it's mostly stop & go, or riding dirt a long time without stopping.
I got 57 miles on throttle alone, you're not gonna find any e-Bike at this price with that range & power! 💯
I owned it for 3 weeks, & actually got rid of my car, because an e-Bike just makes so much more sense, & saves me $1,500 a year in gas, probably $1,500-$3,000 a year in upkeep, let alone registration & insurance, it costs me $8.00 a year to power this thing, & maybe a few hundred in upkeep, it's a win/win, plus a 10% extra refund for buying an e-Bike on next years taxes, it's a win win all around!!! 💯👍
@@ReVolt_e-Vlogs wow that's amazing !! 57 mph just throttle that's pretty dang good, but what I meant was if you ride to a friend's house for a few hours and you only use like 20 to 30% of the battery will the battery stay charged after the few hours or days ?
The range the basket and wheels I like..the color and computer screen I don't like but still a overall performer tho👍
Do you know how many miles without peddle assist? I only see 90 miles but that’s with peddle assist
Range of battery is heavily dependent on rider weight, terrain, wind direction, etc... 250 lb. rider is not going to get close to 90 mile range with throttle operation alone. 120 lb. rider with flat terrain and tail wind.. maybe.
I swear I'm done with E-bikes and honestly peddling isn't that bad but this? I don't know I could reconcider, Yes I have an E bike and figure it's my last one ever but this actually hits a sweet spot for me. In the I could maybe justify it If I really need an E bike but honestly still think nothing beats natural peddling power If you just want to get around as conviently as possibile.
Have a daughter 5'5" wife 5'8" I'm 6'5" tall .is this bike good for all 3 heights? Or would you recommend something else?
According to the company, this should fit all three of you with the seat height being adjustable.
Is it possible to leave off the front basket and attach the headlight straight to the bike?
Is there any way to change the T1 Km/h to Mph. To see how fast your really going.
Great review!
best part of this bike is you can put a bluetooth speaker in the front basket, your girlfriend can fit on the back of it and you can ride around vibing
Do you think you can add the rad runner center console on this bike? It really does look like you could fit one on it and it would be nice if you could.
Someone did it. You can find his video on yt.
Per the manufacturer’s website it’s 50 kilometers/H.
Yea I made a mistake in the thumbnail. Sorry for the confusion everyone.
How much torque does the 250w bike have?
Am comparing to the RAD POWER 250w 80nm but can't find any data
I don't know what the answer is but I would not buy any ebike with 250Watt motor. With the hills where I live it would be useless. And the Fiido T1 weighs 84 Lbs...
The version of this bike that is shipped to the UK has a motor of 250w which is the maximum wattage allowed for road use In the UK. fiido also offers the same bike with a 750w off road version motor option for this bike for the UK but the speed is limited to 15 mph. is there a hack to get around this speed limit i wonder?
Would also like to know this before ordering
Have your ordered and received yours?
I thought that didn’t supply the UK
@@tundeuk yeah this is my second fiido bike that's coming to the UK. Uk spec bikes have to be 250w motor limited to 15mph to be road legal other wise if you intend them to be off road you can select the 750w motor but its speed is still limited to 15 mph.
@@harbourwoodlandvisitor2445 I have a Fiido D4s but it’s unrestricted so goes 20mph
@@tundeuk Mines pre-ordered and will arrive later this month
Which bikes do you have that are faster?
The Ariel Rider Grizzly. I can get up to 34-35 mph. Here's my review of it: ua-cam.com/video/vyxXzEG60jE/v-deo.html
What I hear that is it display only kph then mph is that true. If so could replace it for aftermarket one?
I hope that the gusset smaller tubes connect to each other in the large downtube in the frame forming a connection inside the large downtube. Not a safe ride for offroad, frame too weak.
It's not meant for extreme off road, it's a cargo hauler, & as an owner, I can attest it's built like a tank!!! 💯
I drove it through some pretty rough trails here in Nevada in the mountains & it handled really anything I threw at it, I can't expect it to climb, or perform like a $5,000 full suspension, mid drive e-Bike, but for the cost you're getting a lot of bike compared to the competition
Very nice presentation for a very nice bike.
How much does it cost to charge?
.05¢-.08¢, or about $8.00-$9.00 a year of replacing a car with it
Who did you order your bike from?
The company sent this directly to me for review.
Is there any one that knows if the battery has a limit of charges mounted in with circuit board? They say it hold 800 charges. Any thoughts?
Nice video I’m not there on e-bikes still old school riding.
does it have an app so we can replace the screen with our phone?
Has fiido replaced the display as promised?
What’s a good bike that’s under $1000 but has good range and speed
nakto pony, bought mine for $700, can go 20mi at 20mph full throttle only.
I'd like to have one just by your recommendation! I would be the first one in my neighborhood to have one!
Wait you're in STL?? I ride all those trails!
Yep I am 👍🏽
You did a nice review
What do you do when you get a flat?.
How would I secure this bike when commuting?
This was really helpful
Great video, thanks! Great Bike.
750w ain’t getting 50mph. Needs another 24v and 1000 watts
Sorry for the mistake. I made a typo in the thumbnail.
I did unlock the speed and now at number 3 I,m at 46 kmh. I do not know what that is mph. When the weather gets better I will find out.
Honestly, I don’t think this guys knows the difference between mph and kph.
I do, but made a mistake in the thumbnail as I'm human lol. I correctly presented the info in the video, but made a mistake in the thumbnail.
My first ebike was a Fiido. Very good product.
How long did it take to ship to you?
I've got Fiido L3 😀
Does anybody know if you can mount a baby seat on the back. I think the Thule Yepp Nexxt bicycle child seat should fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It clamps over the sides so should be fine.
What E-Bike Company Ships to Alaska?
What is your height and weight,,,?
Sadly they did not take advantage of the cast wheels and put tubeless tires on it. I am disabled, and no way would I be able to fix a flat on one of those super wide tube type tires. I also can't pedal, so the no pedal range would be nice to know. I have no need for speed, as long as it does 10 mph that's all I would ever need. Apparently Ebike manufacturers don't know that disabled people exist, or don't care. Many, including myself, would love to have a bike like that, with tubeless tires, a 10-12 mph top speed to conserve battery life, and without the bicycle gearing and pedal assist, because it would never be pedaled anyway.
I have found that wider tires are WAY easier to fix than road bike skinny tires
Sounds like you are looking for a power chair or scooter. Best of luck. There should be plenty of scooters with comfy seats that do exactly what you are looking for.
@@Kaduyett No, I can still ride a stepthrough bicycle, as long as I do not have to pedal it or repair it. I used to ride a pedal bike, and while I can no longer pedal, the right ebike would still allow me to enjoy riding a bicycle.
@@geraldscott4302 I'm not saying you can't do something my guy. It just sounds like your needs would be best suited for a seated scooter. They are built to do what you want. Step through bikes are not.
@@Kaduyett I have been riding a 1970s gas powered pedal moped for many years, and have NO problems riding it. I use it for recreational riding. Since it is a registered, plated, and insured motor vehicle, I can call my roadside assistance if it breaks down. You can't do that with an ebike. The only reason I want an ebike is so I can ride it in bike lanes and on bike trails, where gas powered bikes are not allowed.
Was that the Gateway Arch? Never seen it so close up.
Yep and I've seen it a million times, but it still impresses me. You can take a tram ride up to the top of it and I highly recommend it.
@@SoldierKnowsBest Thanks for the info on the Arch. I'm looking at the Fiido. I need a good exercising ebike.
My channel reviews ebikes, this bike is definitely a serious competitor to many I we have reviewed. Would be nice to get my hands on one a do a comparison review.
“We are going to make only one color. Let’s go with booger green.”
what is the basket size?
Have they sent the new display unit yrt?
Yes, it has more features but it's still dim in daylight.
How many teeth on front chain ring?
Thanks I like that bike , good job
I like that seat I need that for my E bike!
Great factual video
At the very least , see how far it will go !
Over $2,400 CAD delivered to Canada.
Im saveing like mad! Great for beach fishing !
Great job
Seeing as you lied about the speed by Almost twice what it will actually do I'm going to have to take it for granted that the distance is only half to so 45 miles.
I didn't intentionally lie in the thumbnail, but made a mistake. Thanks to everyone pointing it out and I'm getting it corrected. Since I mentioned the correct speed in the video, it would be really stupid for me to lie in the thumbnail when people would catch it. Honest mistake, but feel as you may.
How tall are you
@soldierknowsbest
I'm 6'5" 220lbs. 35.inseam .Do you think i will fit on this bike?
@@roybharrison The Fiido T1 does have a tall minimum seat height, due to its battery orientation being near vertical and the suspension seatpost.
I'm about 5'9", 180 lb., I can nearly flatfoot to the ground while sitting on the saddle at the lowest position.
With rider any shorter stature or inseam, it is likely that will find the minimum seat height on the Fiido T1 a bit tall.
If you replace the suspension seatpost with a regular seatpost, you may be able to reduce the minimum seat height another 2" or so.
If you are used to staying off the saddle when you come to a stop, then you would have no problem with the minimum seat height from the factory.
I personally like to stay seated when I come to a stop at a red light.
Lol no way it goes 50mph and 90 miles
typo 50kmh = 30mph dude probably didnt know the difference
The 90 mile range is from the company, but I made a typo in the thumbnail and it should be 30 MPH which this bike can do.
Sweet
Man this is cool looking.
Seat post battery release mechanism is a liability.
90 miles my back side , let me know when or should I say if you ever do 90 miles on one battery , I am a FIIDO owner and I guarantee you won’t get that mileage from one charge , first law of reviews don’t just spout the manufactures stated mileage test it , they always over state mileage.
Lmao what do you do with all those bikes?
It only goes TWENTY FIVE mph. Ya GOTTA get with that GPS program 🙂
it does 28
@@gmiku9533 ... I'll give ya that 3 🤣 👊🏽
@@Onlybhstrpes which is fast enough for me
@@gmiku9533 this is the correct answer. on flats it can go 28mph for most of its charge cycle.
