It’s easy to forget you’ve not got a camera person filming you. It must take ages to keep retracing your steps. Your vlogs are brilliant Simon and better than most mainstream TV!
Yeah I was thinking exactly the same thing. Like some of the shots where he's crossing the road or riding away, and the camera is still there filming everything as he disappears around the corner. Would be great if it was a drone and you can just call it back to your location, or have it in follow mode overhead.
@@gustonzimasheen yes the drone is good for that. Just watch out if it gets a low battery and starts to return to home - that’ll be where you started, not where you are.
Of the three bushcrafters who've recently reviewed these e-bikes, you're the only one who actually went on a long journey with it - not just messing about around camp! Thanks for the useful consumer information. 👍 No offence to the other two, big fan of them both, just wanted to give props where its due. 🖖
My husband, Martin started watching your videos a couple of years back and dragged me in with Maggie. Martin passed away in August but I've carried on watching. We had a running joke that you, Richard outdoors and Andy from Kent Survival all lived with vegetarians so you made me laugh tonight!
I know I repeat myself over and over Simon, however it is hard to come up with different words to try to explain how much I enjoy your vlogs and appreciate your efforts in bringing us along. It is 30 to 40 minutes of reality that I truly just sit back and relax and experience through your camera lens. Again ATB as always a great video.
This is the most realistic and grounded video of bikepacking/outdoors activity. Almost every youtuber has super sleek expensive all set perfect destination, equipment etc to showcase how easy it is but it's really not supposed to be easy it's outdoors you're alone in the wilderness and for new comers this is a reality check video.
Simon makes some of the finest outdoor videos ontye whole of UA-cam. The combination of amazing cooking, bushcraft, hiking and wild camping is superb and an absolute joy to watch. Production, narration, music is perfect 👌
I found your channel about a week ago and I've been binge watching your videos none stop! Glad to see another one uploaded. Great video and stay safe out there

Yep, same story here. Once you find the channel you watch the lot, and then eagerly await the new ones. Then you watch the back catalogue again while you wait.
The E bike is really cool, but what I really enjoy is the way you show great scenery and architecture and you are very informative about the history of the places you visit, I’m really pleased to be able to go along on your adventures with you keep them coming and have a good one.
I've walked and cycled Peddar's way several times! It feels like you've gone back in time to the early 1900's and are miles away from civilization! It's amazing and I throughly recommend it!
@@ek-nzThe easiest way, is to miss out the first 10 miles, catch a train to either Thetford or Brandon and pick up the trail from there! Then do as Simon did, go on to Kings Lynn and catch a train home!

I’ve got big knobbly tires on my similar bike I still have to be careful because the rear wheel drive tends to give a front wheel skid in the sludge ,but it’s great fun and at 69 gets me some well needed exercise with my buggered knees. Great vid Simon as always👍
Great to see the Peddars Way again. The first Simon video I watched after discovering the channel was one of your walks on the Peddars. This is my favorite YT channel; every episode is worth multiple views as they are jam-packed with great content; even after getting dumped on your arse, you still have an upbeat, never-say-die attitude.
So exciting to see a fellow ebike backpacker, as a gent in my mid sixties ive been struggling a bit wild camping with a heavy backpack , my ebike has made it so much easier and a lot more fun
Being a retired chef, living near Montreal and being both a steak fan and having access to salmon runs, yellow perch and smoked sturgeon I always appreciate the meals that you and Andrew make. Your channel should go to the moon with subscriptions, such quality content every single time. Also such a soothing, positive personality you have. It is very relaxing and entertaining to watch!
Camp steak dinner is superior to the finest steakhouse! We will be watching to see Simon work his magic when modding this E-bike to perfect it into the perfect trail machine. I would prefer a center hub design. Nevertheless, this machine should be more than enough for local running on our less-than-perfect roads and be handy in all sorts of emergencies except deep flooding during typhoon season. This was a great ride and a wonderful showcase of Fiido T1's abilities. Thank you, Simon, for the post

Keep up the great work my friend and the great videos.
That was fricking funny as all get out. Glad you didn't get injured.
Really enjoyed joining you on your trip to the coast. Glad with the spills and thrills nothing received too much damage. Got to be said my fave part is the cooking and knocking a couple of well earned beers back . The ambience you create in your videos is total bliss . More Simon More ...
All those huge steaks make sense now we know the veggie backstory! Another great video. Loved the tarp set up.
Such beautiful countryside there. Cheers from 🇨🇦
I like much yours videos, i remember when i was a child and camp with the boy scouts, and the firts premiss was let the place in better conditions that we recibe that, congrats simon!
Thsnk you for one of the most honest and informative videos I've ever seen on UA-cam.
Nice camp setup.
Cheers from New Zealand!!
Hmmm ... Ta outdoors, kent survival and now you ... Let me guess there has been quite the ebike promotional going on lately :p
Good for you (and I mean that sincerely ). I hope for those who buys the thing that they are as good as you make them look !
It must be in the waters! Pure coincidence really, this trip has been in the pipeline since last summer 🙂
Put three thousand miles on mine in the last year, all good , new tyres and brake pads a month ago , nothing else to report 👍
I have the Fiido T1, as well as the Fiido Q1S & M21 & love each 1 of them for different reasons, but I loved them enough to get rid of my cars to ride them full time, be it in rain or snow, like today here in Reno ❄️!
If you guys are looking for a ebike company that don't just take your money & run, than buy a Fiido!!! 💯
