Great explanation! How would you respond to a client that doesn't want to trim any hair even though they need it? Would you keep them as a client?

Almost all of my clients know the type of stylist and service I provide so I Rarely have clients who want to hold onto their dead ends, but if I do I’m very honest and I let them know that we aren’t going to get anywhere and maybe I’m not the fright stylist for them, because I’m blunt.

@@CassandraOlivia ok. I've always cared for health over length with my hair too. Anytime my hair needed to be trimmed or cut I'd give them permission to cut it off. It's hair and it will grow back. But there's always someone calling stylists scissor happy for providing the service they are being paid for.
