Question: when sliding that pipe in could it cause damage to the cam bearings sliding in like that? Do you need to do anything to prevent damage beforehand or just let er rip?
There is only one cam bearing in a factory Cummins, which is in the front next to the cam gear. He said he smoothed out the edges so as long as your not slamming it in there like it’s a cheap hooker it’ll be fine. Better than changing a cam.
