I actually made a comment about that on one of the earlier videos where I made that same connection. Doe I think he play the entire game in one go so I doubt he got that from me.
Undertale didn't create the word amalgation the simplest way to explain it is the combination of 2 entities (in this case the Shootie and Cubical Friend)
Wheatley did smash tourette in cube. He did it because he had nobody to test with. They were supposed to walk one the buttons but they really bad at that. Also they are call Frankentourette
