Thanks to you, I started fasting again last Tuesday September 24th without the pressure of perfectionism and have lost 8lbs! Could I have lost more? Sure I could've because I wanted to do rolling 36's however, I just started and didn't wait and I gave myself grace and focused on consistently fasting for at least 16 hours when I didn't hit my 36 a couple times💪
I’ve been watching your channel for sometime (I’m one of those people who don’t subscribe right away-it’s ok I hate me too) and I only just subscribed now. The happiest I’ve been was when I was alternate day fasting in my first year of college 2019/2020. I was happy to be alive and was losing weight at a gradual rate. Since then I’ve not held myself on check and am regularly fasting again. I relate a lot to what your saying about your health and how that affects your personal life relationships and work. I see that you do consultations-i might have to take that up sometime. Im trying to do as much as I can before the year ends so my self worth isn’t completely raked. Just broke a 61 hr fast that was supposed to be longer. Feeling optimistic and scared. Hope you see this.
( 26M - 5”6 - 300lb ) I’ve been overweight for some time now, it really affected my thinking and the way I deal with things cause I’m ashamed on how I look, I lost my job, pushed away many friends and many opportunities due to it, maybe I’m too harsh with myself but it’s the truth, I use to love myself being in great shape and enjoying life, wearing nice clothes, getting a lot of attention from girls and most importantly just being happy. So I had enough of this life cause we all reach a point where enough is enough So I made a promise to myself I will do a 80 day water fast. No ifs and buts I’ll see where it gets me, I complete the fast and if I see great results I will start doing a 70 hour and 4 hour eating window once the 80 day water fast is complete. I’ll keep doing it Until I’m at my weight goal. Goal is 150lb Will update this chat once in a while. See you guys on the other side. 😅
Well I'm on my second fasts,the first one I did 65hourd and I was excited ,never thought I was capable but this proved I could do even more if I'm disciplined to show up

day 2 of my 5 day fast then im going to try 4 day eating, 3 day fast per week

I started carnivore and 3 day fasts in May. I was 310 and down to 256. It’s been a journey. If you stay committed, then you’ve won the battle.

Do you think 60 day water fast is too long? I want to try doing it using a zero calorie powder electrolyte mix.
Good for it! Just start, make it an open end fast! Go as far as you can, you will still see results!
I binge then start again tomorrow then I repeat the next day. Then a year passes then two and I’m still the same weight or heavier.
