As someone who is going to his first Magiccon this year I'm very excited to have found this video. It was top tier in terms of editing and commentary. I'm glad you also enjoyed yourself during your trip and thank you for getting me all excited for this next one coming up!
ITS FINALLY DONE.... Ashley you did such a good job on this video, the editing and commentary is PEAK!!! It was also really sweet to see how MTG has shaped you as a person and i find that to be really awesome :]
Christ. I thought the person on the thumbnail was spice8rack. Then I saw the uploader and then thought it was you. Turned out it was actually spice! I really hope you guys do a Collab one day
I started playing MTG 18 years ago ( I was 15-16 at the time the current block was Mirrodin I believe), I remember when we played the game for fun, we would build theme decks and play them, then sometime around Zendikar everyone in our group became so tryhard that a game lasting more than two rounds was a rarity, it got to the point where we spent more time shuffling than playing and the game lost it's luster. since then I've tried to get back into it a few times but the power creep in sets has become absurd and the card prices have ballooned (they used to be like $3.75 a pack or something like that, now they're more than twice that). It makes me really sad that I can't enjoy the game like I once did, but I'm glad that there are still people out there that can.
It’s good to enjoy life but the way you surrounded your happiness and life around this card game says a lot about your need for a real and better purpose. We’re not designed to “buy product and then get excited for next product”. Don’t hinge your happiness on that.

LMAO getting to work with spice would be incredible, we'd probably need nametags on screen so people know who's who though 😭
