there is nothing at all to love about that, its weird , not at all normal , annoying , as is his entire demeanor , he is plain n simple an odd duck
I do the same thing and it drives my wife completely insane. I can't help it, it's like a pressure relief valve or something. Really enjoying the recent candid coverage and content B Team have been creating. It's great for the sport and good for them too to help promote their athletes.
It can be dismissive and a way of undermining the problem
As an MMA guy, I've been to countless MMA gyms, boxing gyms, Muay Thai gyms, even grappling groups like wrestling, Judo, Luta Livre, even Sambo. But by far, no matter how big or how small a BJJ group is, there always drama and gossip there.
Why do you think that is?
@@r3o In my opinion as i have visited boxing/kickboxing/taekwondo gyms bjj has a lot of details in techniques and its not watered down like other martial arts(Taekwondo/Karate) and it attracts people of all ages,so some older guys might not want to lose to younger guys,rolling with people of different weightclasses and etc.I also think people in bjj are people who think high of them and that they are a bit more intellectual than the rest humans.

It's the questions people want to hear, Lex is doing his job as an interviewer asking questions.
In fairness B team haven't exactly been shying away from drama themselves in recent times. Even their inception was a point of drama, so can't really blame him for squeezing that lemon.

You can do business with friends and family, and they're usually more trustworthy. Everything has to be crystal clear. Write it on paper and agree. Establish a hierarchy and accept it. Communicate well. After all that is established, and only after, know that you cannot choose money over your friends and family, and when you have to, you must communicate that you have to and why.
