I also got the Avata. After the first flights I‘m sure, that I never could done such a flight. My connection lost behind a few trees and you did this flight behind big walls and outside the stadium while sitting inside. 😮
Great video mate, i would like to do the same type of video in a stadium in my town. The only things that hold me back are that i am not quite sure how to approache the people who are responsible for that and that my town theoretically is a no flight area and i am not quite sure if i would get the permission form the austro control (in austria) :/

Hello, I'm from Brazil and I really admire your work, I bought a DJI Avata, I would like you to tell me the video settings for your videos to have this quality.
WOW! This is way too exciting to express in words the feeling of movement, of inertia, even of apprehension as I was watching your Video with the sensation that I was inside that small AVATA FPV DRONE! Watching as you advanced towards a dark exit without knowing what was in it or at the other end was even frightening and made my knees turn into jello as the AVATA just kept going and approaching even more close and narrower obstacles ! This is by far an experience that I wish the general public should watch to understand how much expertise and how many hours of practice you have gone through to achieve this remarkable ability! I also believe that your full video which I watched previously will make aware those skeptics that criticize this great hobby of the true sense of adventure, of honest pleasure and achievement we enjoy in a hobby which anybody can practice. Thank you. Firstly, I have a question for you, please. I have a problem with the signal. I want to take some pictures inside closed places, but the plane has no signal and therefore it always crashes. 😢

Joey, wonderful! Question. Does using the FPV Controller 2 indoors instead of the Motion Controller eliminate the need for GPS, thus making it easier/safer to control Avata an indoor environment? I realize this was outdoor, but want to verify something I read online elsewhere. Thanks!

M8 what about range issues? I noticed that I loose connection really fast if something like a building gets in between me and the drone.
Hellò Joey :-) You talked about the dji fly safe license. You explained how to ask the license on the dji website but you don't explain how to import that license into the dji avata by the dji fly app. Could you explain. I usually do it on my manic 2 pro but I don't know where to go for that license setting for avata. Thank you, Marco
I am looking at the footage from my avata.. the colors dont seem great.. doesn't really look like 4k HD to me.. am I doing something wrong ..? maybe for some reason my settings weren't set to 4k..

Would love to try this at my local football stadium still in the simulator but hoping to pull the trigger soon! Have any trouble flying below stadium while sitting inside? Or vice versa I’m worried about the “penetration” issues I’ve seen addressed would hate for the drone to RTH with bleachers above it lol
In that situation you should not have it set to return to home if signal lost, but just to hover.

@@Brock_Rogers No problem brother. RTH works great if you're out in the open, but flying indoors you don't want it to do that.

I get the appeal of ONE SHOT...but the range of Avata...are you saying you did everything from one single spot, even the interiors? Or were there multiple launch points to maintain signal integrity?
I changed position once. Shot one from the bench and one from indoors

Dude please next time look it up before you talk. Cinewhioops can also have flytimes of up to more than 10 minutes. U bought a rdy to fly dji toy please dont trash the real fpv
