Immediately I see why my first attempt went wrong..I didnt even rinse the beans not mention washing it thoroughly which looks like a very important 1st step. So the taste was grassy like.

Before roasting do you dry the coffee in the sun?

After washing, start roasting it immediately the heat will dry it.
