Wonderboy in Monsterland was the first game I rented as a kid. Boy was that the right choice. What a great job the developers did. I loved it so much I saved for it and bought it. The second game I rented was Rastan. Again… wasn’t disappointed.
I wish I had FM as a kid. I never knew it existed until adulthood. For me that’s the part of the SMS that’s aged the worst - it’s music. So bland and annoying. Just horrible stuff.

R-Type was awesome on the Master System, still play it alot now. Often try and unlock the alternative level 5 that was exclusive to that version :)
