- These are uploads from my old channel. I really dont want to lose where my channel came from so I archived them and now ive finally got round to bulk uploading them on here. There is no commentary and what ive now realised very fast very bad grammar scrolling text but really its where I built up 20K subs so people must have liked them...please dont call these videos as they were very early...some are crude but be sure to get over to my primary channel

Thanks for re-uploading these old videos, especially the C64 ones. I bought a C64 Maxi a few months ago, and I'm having a blast replaying these classics. It's also great that you're showing the games in their original resolution. There seems to be an awful trend of retro channels doing playthroughs on emulation in 1080p, which makes the C64 games look blocky as hell. It's not representative of how they looked back on those old CRT televisions, so I don't understand why they do it?!

I have thought the same, even this video looks crappy compared to what it looked like coming through the Commodore monitor.
Some absolute belters here.. Spent so many hours as a kid playing Commando, Midnight Resistance, Hypersports and New Zealand Story. One I would have included would be 1942 as (for me) the C64 version was the best of them all (maybe you should do a comparison of that game on the different formats if you havent already done so?)
The commodore 64 was a beast for really playable games, I loved it back in my youth. Expected really big leaps and bounds with the Amiga ports on these legendary titles but u.s gold had other plans
I remember upgrading from the C64 to Amiga expecting (and hoping) to finally get arcade perfect ports, which was the main reason I got the Amiga. Turns out the C64 still had the best arcade ports, while the Amiga turned out to be a machine more suited for original titles. I don't think I ever bought more than two arcade ports on the Amiga, whereas I bought and loved most of the games on this list.
Loved Spy Hunter! There was a good Defender as well, Guardian, great conversion.
