🌿 Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- A pinch of whole pepper
- Cheese (optional)
🌿 Recipe
1. Remove the seeds from the center of the cucumber and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. 3. Put the trimmed cucumbers and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
4. Add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt, and whole pepper and mix.
5. Sprinkle some snowflake cheese on top to enhance the flavor.
