Imagine in Hateno Village 9:54 ~ A warm sunset in the background 🌄 as Link waves farewell at a villager, a good friend of his who helped strengthen his Hylian Armor. His good friend waves in return shouting “good luck on your journey!” Link smiles and turns around and proceeds walking with the Egg Guardian by his side down the entrance of Hateno Village. His friend slowly lowers down his waving hand and turns around, with his hands to his chest and heart, and wishfully says in a tense voice “...because you are our only hope!”
Super excited for this! I love dragon roost island! Edit: I am watching it now, and it is amazing! I didn’t know you could play so many instruments! The hateno village sounds exactly like the original, but better! Edit 2: I just finished the whole thing, it is absolutely incredible! I love these types of Celtic covers! Keep it up!
It's been years in the making, but I'm very glad with the results! I'll continue with the Celtic stuff next year - first I want to learn some new instruments =) .
I've always loved dragon roost because it sounds like the Andean music of Inti-Illimani and Illapu back home. The lovely flute here reminds me even more of it ❤️
I've just been invited to a social gathering with my colleagues, which I looked very forward to, but my anxiety is giving me a real hard time deciding to confirm I'll go there in person. I was having a pretty awful day, crushed by guilt and indecisiveness. Until these wonderful arrangements of some of the themes that I love most in Zelda brightened up my day :) Thank you!
I love how you have arranged BOTW like this in this medieval style! It sounds so good when it is played like this! Also so impressively and cool you can play all these instruments! Keep up the amazing work!
I only just heard the real Dragon Roost Island theme just now. It actually sounds quite medieval like yours too! I really like it! When I first watched your one, I thought it was Rito Village because it has the same tune. Why did they make it the same tune?
@@alexanderhill5276 Because Dragon Roost Island is the place where the Rito live, which were introduced in that game! So the tune in linked to the race =) . It's also a very popular tune because it's awesome, which may have influenced BotW's composers.
So truth is, I like to listen to Celtic style music and imagine how it would fit in the manga im writing. I literally want a soundtrack so bad. It's fantasy themed, and it needs that mystical Celtic sound.
If this gets a dislike, I'll delete my Google Account! I love your tracks, piano "tutorials", and everything you do! Please never stop making these, Tim! Big thanks for your incredible work! :]
As a huge fan of celtic music and Zelda muic, I can't get enough of these! It's a match made in heaven😍😍!! With your permission, may I add tracks from this to a Zelda audio drama I'm working on? I promise I will give you full credit for the music. You deserve way more subscribers.
I am running a Zelda-inspired D&D campaign in which the players are currently in the area of Hateno which in my world is celtic/highland inspired. Wish I had found this earlier for moodsetting/inspiration!
I'm mostly self-taught and try to obstruct the sticks as little as I can and let the weight do the work. Which resulted in my grip =) . I didn't know anything about French or German grips until I Googled it after reading your comment, but I'm glad I ended doing something official! xD
Greetings from Toronto, Ontario 🇨🇦! Oh man this by far one the best Celtic inspired arrangements of Legend of Zelda music. On the other hand, it also blends in other styles of 🎶 with a modernized twist to it. Really awesome & fyi subscribed to your channel after listening 🙌. Would like to hear maybe an arrangement of music from Twilight Princess they were some good music too 🙂
Thanks for the kind words! When making Hyrule Highlands I didn't know much Twilight Princes music, but for Hyrule Highlands II I did Hyrule Field from Twilight Princess! It's on streaming and Bandcamp =) .
Great albums Tim! I just listened to your Dragon Roost Island with Ian Anderson's (Jethro Tull) A Raft Of Penguins (2003)... Kinda follow-up each other. Its not popular album but lots of good moments (check out his new Jethro Tull album and his solo work from 1995 and 2000). I love your arrangements (like Jethro Tull) Its like going on an adventure!

Celtic music and Zelda go together incredibly well. Then again with all the Celtic influence in the various Zelda games I suppose that makes sense
For sure! Some of these arrangements kinda wrote themselves, like Clock Town and Romance in the Sky because they already were so Celtic originally.
This man deserves more views. This is the definition of Zelda excellence

Thanks for the kind words, Blockhead :) . I called the album "Celtic", but it's more folk from all over the place really.
