If you need to Uninstall & delete the newgan folder.
USE THIS LINK if you wish to remove NEWGAN if you have issues, then you can do a fresh istall, if you dont delete, your issue might not go away with fresh install.

Great guide! Clear and simple... a suggestion: when you have more than a save game to manage you have to rename the config.xml file before run the replace faces button ;) I also have an issue with staff: when apply filter nothing change and if i go back to new search button nothing is selected; again if i run NewGAN Manager for staff and i press replace faces button nothing happend and no face are generated. Can you help me?

Are you making a copy of the Facepack & making a separate profile for the staff?
@@PRIISEK sure! I got a separate folder for staff faces and separate profile for the convertion. I noticed that when you apply isnewgen filter on staff search it changes the include options turning it like i'm in a player search filter.... anyway i saved the staff list in the RTF files and set it in the NewGAN Manager and nothing happened. So we have two kind of problem: staff not filtered for isnewgen only and no faces applied for the manager :(
The staff don't get filtered as the software picks up that the Newgen have R- at the start of their unique number unlike the real staff . Maybe you can email me some photos of the steps you taking, so I can see if there's something up. priisek@outlook.com

The filter doesnt give me the newgan managers, with players it works, but not with managers
It's on the video, with staff it works a little different but still works. You must have missed a step in the video 👌 any probs let me no 🤝 thanks for your support
About to install this now, seems easy enough to follow! Question though - I'm only a few years into my save so I don't have a lot of newgens yet. What happens when more start coming through? How do I go about getting faces for them, and will that overwrite faces for my current newgens/give them new faces?
Hi. So you need to watch the video fully. You run the software after the 1st season or so. Then normally do it after each youth intake but in the video it explains what to do for the next time you run it & repeat run it. 👍

@@PRIISEK Watched it back. 2nd time onwards we use Preserve instead of Generate. But is that after doing the same steps in game by filtering newgens out, copying and printing etc? I'm gonna presume yes as that way the app can find them, just checking. It's worked great for the 3500 odd newgens in my save so far, so thank you.

Got the players done easy.
When i try to generate on the FM MANAGER app it says "file south America not found in image directory"... This is probably due to the fact that my staff pack downloaded without organising pictures by counties and they are just numbered 1-900....
What should i do?
Hi. As I have said in the video, you need to use the players Facepacks to do the staff, in the video I say use a different colour of shirts from DF11 , so you no who are the ones that have updated. If you follow it step by step, it will work, don't skip as you might miss very important info. Thanks for your support 👍
For staff I think the filter is not working? because it shows real staff too
@@e_xtazzy yes it does but the software only picks out the Newgen staff, follow the video 100% & don't skip or miss anything & it works 👌
i dont know why but when i click ctrl+p nothing happens, also tried with the "screenshot" option in menu but still doesnt work
@@arszenik__ if CRT p is not working, you have missed a step or something else you have done. It explains that you must leave the scouting window & go back in or it wouldn't work 😉
As for screen shot. If you looking to email me something, use the Windows print screen from your keyboard & send that 👌

It is not working for Serbian and Turkish players. Maybe others. I tried 2 different mega facepacks
OK. I got it! If your game language is in Turkish or sth else that much different from like (ü,ö) English it doesn't work
Yes for some reason not all 100% of nations work, don't no why, the dev would need to look at it, but with FM25 not far off, guess he will wait for that
Hi! Quick question if you start a new save, do you have to do everything again?
95% of faces will be covered with a new save. So just run preserve to cover the missed ones. 👌

I followed the video clerly, whatever I do it doesn't generate for me. I mean, Replace Faces button doesn't work. It doesn't do anything.
nevermind, deleting staff ppictures and duplicating player pictures with a new folder name and using it worked, I missed that part in video :) Thanks.

HI! Its possible to import shortlist from genie scout to fm24 and then use the text file into the tool? The objetive is just to import the more potencial regen to have faces.. because i am in 2034 and have 90000 regens. Thanks!

Hi. Yes you have missed the step about excluding your own team. When you loaded is Newgen search filter, there is a section just after about excluding your own players 👌

Hi. You have to follow the steps to the letter, if you skipped the video along, you may have missed something. What's the issues you are getting & at what stage
@@PRIISEK It lets me do the Staff Faces when I use the 'Copy' Method but when I try the NewGan Staff Faces pack it wont generate but the 'Copy' Method is good enough for me. Thanks Prisek :)
@wingip7237 yes you have to do copy. I don't mention a specific Staff Pack in this video. Only copy. Glad you followed & got it working. Enjoy 👌
Im on the replace faces bit, is it meant to take literally ages because the bar hasnt even gone up after about 2 minutes
Nope will only take a few seconds depending on the speed of your pc etc. It has been known that you can get a bad install, maybe you need to uninstall & start again.
How do you get the bit up to create a profile for the rft file

Hi. When I try to do staff it is still showing me 'real' staff members. If I run the pack will it remove all the real ones? Am using FM22. I have a staff facepack all ready to go. Maybe the filter isn't correct? - I've done the process with players and it worked fine... thanks in advance

Some countries did, but some did not; for example, the Portuguese did, but the Germans did not.
Odd, not noticed Germans not changing before, maybe when you run it the 2nd time on Preserve add nationality in the player search & make a RFT with just Germans & that skills pick up those players 👌
@@PRIISEK The problem is not just the Germans, I showed them as an example, in fact the problem is that some nations exist and some nations do not.
@Otieey yes the software needs updating to cover all Nations, sounds to have covered most of them but he needs to do the rest 👍

@@jeroengerritsen5610 so the file is made & will be in the Document folder Sports Interactive, Football Manager 24, the file you created is in there. Have you installed Newgan manager? That's where you link the RFT file 👌
just had my youth intake, some had newgan faces some were generic fm cartoon faces, what do i do to get them all as newgans?
So you have run the software once, when you have a new youth intake, you need to run it again on preserve, so you keep the original Newgen faces & add the latest ones.

So you repeat the whole steps as if running it for the 1st time but when you get to the Newgan stage, swap generate to preserve. If you watch the WHOLE video, it's fully explained 👌
Do I have to do something or change anything, if I wanna start second save beside of my main one? Or will it just work by doing the generating again?
You will need to have a new profile, Facepack and RTF file. But sometimes the other save will have covered all of the Newgen players.
I find though, that some players are missing & need to do a whole new set up. Any issues please just ask.

@@stegara1339 nothing, the Newgan manager will make a config for the players & then follow the video & it will then make a config for the staff. All you are doing is having 2 separate Facepacks, one for players, one for staff. It's all explained 👍

Hola en mi caso tengo dentro de la carpeta de fmugens donde estan las distintas razas que serian para los jugadores, otra carpeta aparte que se llama Staff con sus respectivas imagenes de personal que son distintas a las de los jugadores. El problema que al ejecutar el newgan manager con el RTF de los empleados, el programa toma las imagenes de las carpetas de las razas que seria la de los jugadores y no toma de las de la carpeta staff, entonces los empleados tienen imagenes de los jugadores.

I don't no of a folder that works called staff, as per the instructions in the video, you are using a duplicate of the cutout players faces or a different face pack from DF11 to be used for the staff. These packs are the only ones I no that have the correct address codes to work with NEWGAN. Any issues you can email me some photos, priisek@outlook.com thanks👌
@@PRIISEK Ok muchas gracias por ayudar, claro utilizo otro pack con imagenes mas caricaturescas, pero deberias ver que buneas estan y las de las carpeta staff son mejores pero creo que la unica manera de introducirlas es manual con el config xml. Exactamente se ve que los nombres de las faces de personal no los reconoce el new gan. Además tiene personal femenino que el NGM tampoco diferencia entre hombre y mujer.

Yes lots of different Facepacks available but not all work with NEWGAN unless like you said, you edit it. 👌 Enjoy & thanks

Or maybe just change the newgen faces one by one when a male face is allocated to a female profile? @@bertrandc.5759 hi. You can use my video to do it manually & in the description is a female pack. But you must do this after you have run the Newgan or it will override it.

I've deleted the old software (NewGenManager) and reinstalled it, I followed every single step as shown in the video and I managed to get the players, but not the staff. When I try to replace the scriptfaces of the game, nothing happens and when I try to replace the player pictures again it works, but it still won't change the staff pictures. I looked in the log file and you can see that the player pictures are being changed, but with the staff, nothing happens.
The staff one with script works a little different to the players one. Have you made a 2nd Newgen face pack & renamed it? Then done a 2nd profile for the staff ones?

@@antunantolovic8336 I think I mentioned about the female faces in the video, the software is not that advanced to no the difference between male & female, it only picks up that there is a R- for a Newgen staff member. So unfortunately you only get male faces. Hope that helps 👍

I’ve come across an issue where when I untick the 4 options in “include” for the staff search I am left with 0 results, all the search options are reset. Any advice?
