You did good with that white balance. Corals look amazing. Way better than orange filter. I hate the orange filter look. 👍🏼
Thanks, orange filters are easy to use but they blow out and oversaturate beyond any semblance of reality. It's a lot more work to get white balance CORRECT, and even harder under mostly blue light
@@ReefBuildersVideo doing it manually is well worth it!
@@ReefBuildersVideo well you did good and I much more enjoy the white balance look like that. More realistic look.
I could spend days just looking at those corals. Please do a part two, it was great to see all the different varieties with you two describing some.
Great tour Jake & Thanks for Vic as well. Their farm and retail side are top notch! Beautiful array of stunning corals.
That place is a coral heaven!!! I live about 4 hours from there and never been able to visit but coming next year i will for sure! What a beautiful collection.
Great video, visited twice in the last year; I was lucky enough to tour the farm and didn't want to leave :) Thanks for sharing, great content!
Man I wish I could visit that store! Great video. 👍🏼💯✅
A whole different level of tank and reef keeping. Specimens are all looking so healthy.
Truly grateful for this type of coverage. You're always doing a stand-up job sharing valuable information. I for one am always very happy to hear the Scientific names of specimens. Designer names are fun but I much prefer knowing the Taxonomy... I hear you with that one Symphyllia specimen, buildings on fire I'm grabbing that one first lol.
Such a bank of specimens. A true treasure they have built. Amazing seeing how clean everything was. Especially given the amount of water and tank space they manage.
Thanks for taking the extra time and not passing over specimens quickly. Baller collection of Echinata... and everything else!
I too am in love with that purple Goni and the bright green tips! 😍
Take your time doing this stuff! Can't get enough of this! I've been back there in the grow out. Im having a similar tank made as the 750s they have
I wish you could have showcased more sps branching type species like acros, millies, and many others. I guess I'm just a stick head lol. What a beautiful facility and a great display of how beautiful all corals are!
I 2nd that! I think we need another tour. Only SPS
ooo man the teal hammer looks so nice! and that one torch in the bottom right corner at 40:01. What torch is that!
It's such an incredible set up. I'll watch coverage of their shop all day long.
Just one of those banks is incredible. Based off the dimensions, that's a 750 gallon display with 6 hydroponic / containment tanks in-line. It reminds me a lot of the layout Reef Wholesale (Coral Lab) used when they did the Radion growth trials for EcoTech; especially the line of VorTech's down the side.
The corals are of course the show stoppers, but I think I'm in love.
The next time someone asks what my dream tank is, I'm just pointing to one of these banks. Not that I can justify that investment at a hobby level, but one can always dream. :)
Excellent video, I was surprised to see some sand in those big glass tanks. I thought they were more bare bottom. Guess it makes the color pop more.
17:55 that should be a wwc hg torch, one of the most expensive ones….
The colors are phenomenal! Great camera work
Love these videos where you cover different retail locations! I wish my LFS was anywhere near the level of WWC! Truly an awesome place! And all that EcoTech... my god.
Tanks for the tour!
Dragon soul favia, dragon soul torch. The goni goes by Ironman goni in Houston area. Fairly inexpensive too.
I think whats usually described as Dragon Soul Favia is a Goniastrea, just something to consider when placing them close to other species to avoid fights 🙈
Really enjoying the longer than normal video wish it would've been longer bc I was waiting to see the JB set up.
AllRight, great Jake, good vibes among fellow hobby.
Love all your beautiful videos!!
Great video! Also 750g grow out tanks. I love WWC!
That is awesome to see. Thank you for sharing!!
best reef video of 2021
Amazing amazing video man! I wish i was longer😁 beautiful corals over ther in wwc
Jake says at the beginning that there was a part one of the store? Where is that video?
reefbuilders.com/2020/11/23/one-year-video-update-of-the-worldwide-corals-superstore/
What are your camera settings man lol the corals look amazing
I loved this video! Thank you
Holy moly!😵💫 eye candy 🍭 overload, sold on the heavy in heavy out method.
Victor is the man.
This is *&%#$@ Amazing!!! Thanks for the Christmas Present Jake!!!!!
Stunning pieces!! What an amazing tour!! Thanks. When you say they feed 2 times a week, you were referring to the corals, right?
We feed several times a day. Sometimes every hour depending on water quality and coral requirements. Two times a week each system gets clouded with enough food to change the water clarity.
@@bobbymelton9828 thanks!!!
whats a good schedule to go with on a 200 gallon mixed reef? im running 3x radion xr30 g4
You should do a more in depth video on feeding, what it takes to get so clean in the systems. How do they feed so much but not have algae blooms? Types of food? how many water changes? etc

40:59 Zoanthids are considered "corals" by many scientists, including some zoanthids' experts. I do too like to call zoanthids "colonial anemones", simply because we wouldn't call anemones corals, right? Truth is that with all the mess we have nowadays in terms of nicknames, it doesn't really matter what we call anything anymore. No one will be able to differ and draw a line for that matter. I've got tired of trying to teach people about zoas... so many newbies are called "experts" too. It's out of hands! LOL!
Perfect lights for the season. Merry Christmas, Jake.
Jake that was amazing what a pleasure for the eyes. Such beautiful and rare corals , the colours of the favias, acan echinata mind blowing. Loved the vid now to find me a rainbow bowerbankii. I wish 🔥🔥🔥
Jake you done good at the beginning then you got overwhelmed by the coral eye candy.
I was trying so hard to take note of there power head setup, lighting spacing, fiberglass tank size and depth, overflow setup and trying to scan thru for glimpses of sump and filtration equipment.
I want to make sure I understand how they got there with those systems creating an ideal environment for the coral to thrive.
BRS has a series breaking down all of WWC's operation methodology
@@Jaguarboy11 yup, think I watched it were they showed the reef octopus skimmer and all.
But I noticed design improvements to the systems in Jake's walk through.
Those ricordea Florida 😱😱😱
Can you share how the system keeps the Frag Plug so clean? My frag plug is full of algae after one to two weeks....
36:13 dudes just casually drinking a beer lol. I wanna work there
We are hiring. You can apply on our website.
@@bobbymelton9828 man if I was back in my college days this would have been the gig for me
WWC has killer Goni. I got a wWC bloodshot Goni and it’s so unique. You better get a frag of that insane orange/magenta Goni. Steal it if you got too
Can’t wait to see what went in your studio😎
Love this, tanks you!
Oh man you got me was waiting to see that jaw breaker tank sounds amazing, I'm all about the shrooms
Stop 🛑 it Jake , I'm green 💚 with envy, Greeeeeeeeeeen!
We need this business in Arizona Estrella Village near Tolleson.
We ship. 😎
What is the purple and gold Goni called?
Where are the Acro's?
Had the opportunity to see this first hand. I own an LFS in Omaha. I plan on getting one of those 750s made. Might go bigger lol. That room is literally epicentre of coral keeping and propagation. Looking forward to seeing TSAs set up at some point! Jake why the hate towards sponges? Just curious.
If I have so much corals I will need a server unit to keep track for me. Awesome corals & colours. Need to feed my corals more.
Any chance we will see the viedo of the jaw breaker tank 👎 or 👍 , those little fungi got me trippin
Sorry I didn't get around to it, maybe next time
Hey all good, you gotta definitely show that tank off if you can, but keep up the good work and viedos, respect the dedication to the channel. Happy new year and wish you the best for 2022
I can confirm as an Australian, maximum dribble over those Ricordea Florida
we will miss you, Jake.
Amazeballs Goni! One of my favorites!
Jake the video wasn’t long enough! We need more footage
Damn, I’ve been out of the aquarium game for only 3 years now and this has me itching to take over the office reef tank
Looks awesome guys appreciate the video jake ✊🏽 with all that coral and grow outs you would think there corals would be more affordable. Supply and demand ???
I really liked.....
All of them!🤣
Really nice corals, crazy 👍🏻✌🏻
No Rainbow/Convict Chalice or Plum Punch Blastomussa?
Jake during this episode was like Jodi Foster in Contact. "They should have sent a poet..."
This place is like a candy store
Curious thought but your talking about to much sponge in your tanks, are you still only using carbon filters instead of rodi? Maybe your getting enough silicates through to keep them going 🤔 .
Freaken awesome video though
Oh yes my source water is still 2ppm but managing sponge growth is easier than going to war against Si in the water
How much is your electric and water bill?
Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!that pink one
Man that would be awesome to walk through. Talk about sensory overload! Lol
What camera do you use ??
GH5
Wow nice. Hey Jake, I was wondering is there any analysis of whether farming on land in aquariums are more profitable than in the sea (aquaculture submerged land leasing)? The costs of lighting and heating/cooling is very expensive is it not? I wonder if there's a pros/cons list of the 2 options.
4:43 I’m pretty sure some of the ones you called palythoas are just big polyped zoanthids.
I live in Buffalo NY and went to Florida last October and visited this store. This store puts stores in my area to complete shame. I was not able to go into the farm but I pressed my face against the glass and looked at that first 750. There was so much there and it was so clean. Everyone was happy and wanting to help. Really next level. Anyone in the hobby should see this place just to see how it should be done.
Yeah I really wanna go one day, I’m in Miami so it’s a day trip for me if I really want to go. But if I go I’ll try my hardest to buy a nice amount of coral, if ima drive for 6-7 hours then I want some nice ass corals
Great vid
9:58 tell us how you really feel Jake LOLOLOL
10:00 minutes in Anyone els catch the F-bomb remix he did 😂😂😂😂
Fa-ha-ha-ha-haaa . . .
Definitely not too long, I could've watched another 40 minutes of that, part 2!
I'm curious what their secret is to feeding that heavy and still not having algae
Thousands of coral polyps trying to take in nutrient all at once, very little sand to store and leach nutrient, and a clean up crew/tang gang.
Blue spectrum really brings out the color though. you know that
2x a week feeding the corals? I remember they use to say they fed every hour on the dot…
Sometimes, we still use timers and hourly feeding when necessary. We also have huge skimmer on each system that we may or may not use at any given time.
That’s crazy 😜
That store is amazing if we only had something half as good
Beautiful 🤩 😍😍
Interesting, they took some cheap band to fix the light on the rack. But I don't
unterstand the use of this many vortex pumps. Maybe they are easy to
install, but you can save toussand of dollars if you use big return pumps instead, and a lot of nozzles?!
Too hard to change and dial in the the flow. Corals get moved around a lot and fresh frags need lower flow for the first few days.
@@bobbymelton9828 It rather looks that somebody pressed the buy button for discount 😂
WOW just WOW
top-down view is the only view! haha.
I wonder how the coral industry will be affected with the laws that are changing next year on the pet industry
🤤🤤🤤🤤 I wish I could afford every piece that fascinated me! 🥲🥲🥲 amazing place!
Dragon soul torch and the favia to Jake.
Hi Jake! I also name is Jake 🥰🐶
🐐
Part2
I wish I could own that 😂
Wow!
Maybe a year and a half ago I sold a dragon soul to Jake. I wanna hope that thats the one he's talking about.
👍
We love all you do for the hobby Jake. I personally don't agree with promoting anything from WWC or TSA. They both have nice farms but 90% of what they sell is not grown on the farm. Same corals any other shop gets shipped in on a regular basis. But with an unjustified markup. Taking nice pictures and having a man at the door to take your temperature before entering the store doesn't add value. Neither does big advertising expenses. Any shop that needs to markup saltwater flora and fauna over 200% over cost shouldnt be in the game.
No its a short video
Dragon soul favia.
Dang the challis in the display gave me a.............
😍😍😍
and still their corals are expensive as hell..............i live about 100 miles from them and never go.....they have nice corals, no doubt, but they are pricey on their corals for what you get. frags are not big at all.
Check out our eBay. Average coral sells for $20.
@@bobbymelton9828 I have. Most are average corals. Your nicer ones are never on there
@@scubaguy5389 top tip. Every piece I put on eBay are nice, healthy, and covered under our 10 day guarantee when shipped. I slip three or four higher end pieces on every week. eBay during our R2R live sales have a lot more higher end pieces. But, competition is higher. It’s worth throughly checking out all 325 corals posted every week. You never know what you might find.
@@bobbymelton9828 I agree I have seen that one. Yes they go fast though. You guys have also on reef to reef some nice pieces but impossible to get I tried many times and gave up.m too many people
Thank you for pretty much skipping the zoanthids. They are WWCORALS and as I now know thanks to reefstock 2021 on UA-cam, zoanthids aren’t even a coral! Come on WWC, do better.
