I agree with much of your list. I find the LPS to most definitely like lower light. Zoas I find can handle just about any amount of light I have had them at under 100 and over 300 par all happy.

Zooxanthellae are not animals; they are usually classified among algae, which are plants.

I was at a coral show in Denver a month ago and saw a yellow submarine Favia that stopped me in my tracks. I had to get hat literal show stopper
