Just to clarify - when I said it was boring it was because there were no parasites to see! Hunting parasites is challenging and exciting and I love it. My whole goal is to achieve that “boring” slide check where there is nothing to see!

I love your channel! I have watched almost every video but still couldn’t really find the right/fitted information.. I have a male Jacksons chameleon that is very colorful and always light green and vibrant, but lately he’s started to be more darker of colors, and stopped eating out of my hand. He also spends a lot of time at the bottom of the cage, which scares me that his enclosure is too warm. I live in a tropical place, so makes me wonder if it could just be that he’s depressed (?) But I would love if you could reply to me if you knew what it might be.. Thank you!

@@YrGirlLexXx it is very possible it is heat stress. Jackson’s do not do well with heat.

@@ChameleonAcademyOh. Maybe it will just take a few days to go back normal. Our A/C did go out, so that could be it.. Thank you so much!!

      What medication you gave him?

@@nandonatella2292 I just helped level out the temperature in the cage and added a different/the right heat lamp. I also started giving him Baytril.
