Beautiful babies, love your determination to reach petfection. If only they were bit cheaper in Europe, for example Rock Empire beats C4 with half of prize and so the choice is almost done...
You definitely can! Kolin specifically mentioned this in another video (WeighMyRack), but as a metallurgist I can tell you these springs are designed so that their normal operation is well below the yield strength and endurance limit for that steel spring.
Just got the number 5 and 6. Beautiful pieces.
Well done Brent. Awesome innovation!

Woah, great idea for the retracted cams!
Awesome!
But you should never have stopped making small size C3s.
Why is there an extra loop on the sling around the thumb loop?
Adam!!! Wuhuuuu!!! - but realy, that are nice cams. well done BD.
uhhh just bought a #6 this summer, I wish I had waited!
Nice cams!
I wanna get it but already bought old one.But I certain of it's best timing cause I wanted it for sure at that time.
Just curious if you could store the cams in the retracted position or would you damge the springs in the long term?

You can store retracted no problem
Ryan Van Dyke it’s no problem to store retracted. That’s actually what I said in the weigh my rack video as well.
@@polari13 oops, I answered the question of "would you damage the springs in the long term." Definitely meant that you definitely can.
@@ryanvandyke2675 Definitely can store them retracted* I gotchu Ryan. haha
Love this idea!
