Moshe ur right on that people have become more "crazy/unhinged/etc" in the last couple years. There's a lot that's happened out in the world and a lot happening still. So important to tell people to get off their phones and get grounded. Go have real interactions with people you like and trust. Go to a comedy show and laugh! We all need to gently sheperd one another back to center, right?
this was an intense episode, a really good discussion about the whole Kanye problem. I was hoping you guys would talk about the Kanye west antisemitism at some point!
As a Jew who experienced anti semitism in an early age given that I moved to a rural Sierra Nevada California town where I was one of the only Jewish children and family there. I also am Sephardic and ashkenazi so I look ethnic and some have thought I was Armenian, Hispanic, Italian, Greek, etc. I’m not surprised by anti semitism which is often why I have dated POC because I can relate to being marginalized in society and that anti semitism is somewhat endemic within the white community
I think it was Brazil that fixed the problem. I think there was a story about hyperinflation in Argentina where the shopkeepers couldn’t keep up with changing the price tags on items because inflation was changing so rapidly.
I’m chicana and have had this convo with my family especially recently with in offense of Dave Chappelle’s SNL monologue. I found myself at the opposing end of my family- brown Americans, mostly women, who know discrimination very well defending Kanye, and defending Chappelle because “there is evidence that Jews run Hollywood.” It broke my heart. These are my “woke liberal” family members… and I was the only one in the house to come to the defense of Jewish people. Of course, they brought up Israel’s treatment of Palestine. And of course some one mentioned the “Jews run Hollywood” thing and I really didn’t know what to say or do. It’s so scary to think that this sentiment runs through left leaning communities alongside right leaning communities as well. I’ve felt the overt racism as a brown person in America and i feel so deeply upset and angry that Jewish people have to deal with this.

Pablo desperately wanting to cuddle with Natasha is breaking my heart and Moshe's point about the world and the US is spot on. Second caller's friendship has to be over. Honestly, it should've ended when she was so pro-Kanye when he was so publicly anti-Black. It feels like the question wasn't really if the friendship should be over but how to move on.
Got to wonder how many times Natasha has heard mosha go on and on about this stuff. I have a feeling she has developed ability to erase it all right after hearing it
Do you really think your friend of so many years is racist? She sounds confused. People aren't disposable. What happened to resolving ignorance through education?
If she was genuinely confused, she would have asked a question or asked her Jewish best friend for some background, not make a generalization about the marginalized group right in front of that member of the marginalized group
I think the mulch guy crossed a line but his heart was in the right place. I’d apologize for how you approached it and see if it causes him to do the same. Maybe he read the text in a different tone then it was typed with.
I don’t think it’s about what they did…it’s about how they did it. The mulch isn’t the issue (I actually agree that it’s nice), however, doing anything on someone else’s property without first consulting them should never be assumed a good idea. It’s about principle
@@pinkcupcakesxo what? no? im not the neighbor... pfff.. hahahah.... no but the neighbor sounds like a nice person.... the neighbor..... hahahah good one...
She didn’t say all jbirds control the media, she said jbirds control the media, which in large part they do. It’s more racist to think certain groups of people can’t be criticized.
I think as Moshe said it's like saying Indian people "control" tech because many Indians work in tech. There's a difference between working in an industry and "controlling" it which implies it's under their spell or some shit
Control is a deceiving word, more like dominant. Asians and Jews dominate Ivy League colleges, Jews dominate the jewelry business. I don’t think it’s a conspiracy, it’s because Jews are smart. Also Jews stick together, which I don’t think is a bad thing, but they will lookout for their own before others, which is the reason why people think they “control”. To disown your friend because they have a different opinion than you isn’t a liberal idea, sounds closed minded
Moshe and Natasha were talking over the guest so they never heard him say THE MULCH GUY JUST WALKED INTO THEIR HOUSE ONE TIME.
Where are these fabulous robes from? enquiring minds want to know
*Inquiring minds*

I love the matching sets 🥹
Seriously this was one of your best pods M&T
I like to think I’m a Natasha but I’m a Pablo 🐶
Moshe really blows my mind sometimes.

9:26, I like when Natasha Leggero makes notes.
What does Natasha do with the notes??
@@dedrajohnson7500 I am guessing writes comedy.

We live in a cult-da-sac too. We planted shrubs and pampas grass to hide from the neighbors.
“ur never gonna get a perfect sack” mosh 😂

You’re never going to have a perfect ‘sac….so true.
8:35, ya know what would be an image of not chaos? A sign saying Santa Claus is not real, while walking through town.
This is just too funny 😅😅
The irony of the Segundo convo was demasiado lol

Moshe, I don't think you realize that Adam Curtis is pretty conservative and this whole chaos thing is just Jordan Peterson pseudo-int trash.
Wait what’s the hyper-realization documentary?

Jillian from LA, educate your friend by making her watch Ari Shaffir’s new special “JEW” out on UA-cam now!!
He walked into their house???
"coney 2012 go ahead"
Not Venezuela?
Does the neighbor in ATL have a clone in OMA? Same shit, different city. In robot phase now; better for all.
you guys keep suggesting plants for California's climate if they live somewhere more temperate they need to plant different plants!
Was thinking this. Also thinking they should definitely check if they could be an invasive species for your area
By far not the most important part of this episode, but I just have to say Britney would never come for the Jews. Leave her n00ds alone.
Do you really think your friend of so many years is racist? She sounds confused. People aren't disposable. What happened to resolving ignorance through education?
Agreed, also I think everyone is just having two different conversations
If she was genuinely confused, she would have asked a question or asked her Jewish best friend for some background, not make a generalization about the marginalized group right in front of that member of the marginalized group
Hopefully that girl has changed her mind about Kanye now...
Cute

Despite the disparity in intelligence, Natasha has alot of sensible ideas and positions. Psych... but still one funny mama. Never change!
