I worked at a gym for 7 years. We had a lot of trouble getting women to use the weightroom, most opting to only do classes. We did a survey asking what would motivate them to join the weightroom; new equipment, more personal training including free training, etc. and the NUMBER ONE REASON they listed as not wanting to use the space was that men were bothering them too much and it made them uncomfortable to the point of preferring not to go there at all.
The men bothering me at the gym were always trying to "give me advice" 🙄 ugh. Never a cute dude 😅

I have stupidly, been paying for my gym for the past two years and have not gone simply because of the men that bother me when I go there. I can’t get a good workout in, so I just run outside and work out at home now. I have to cancel my membership.

As an android guy let me clarify for Natasha. She saw that the 2 dating apps were OPEN, not just installed on the phone. Big difference.
Oh ok bc my boyfriend “claims” that when he got his new android that dating apps were automatically installed which sounds sketch but he told me without me seeing it on his phone so idk. Bc like everyone else I don’t know anything about androids. So I felt bad like they were going to break up this relationship for something stupid

Bdsm DOES depend on trust and honesty and is best in a real relationship. So, this person is not wrong. That guy seems not ready for a relationship. There are men who are but unfortunately BDSM has been hijacked by people who just wants hookups and think women into that don’t want to be treated like a human being. It’s a problem. And the apps for BDSM mostly have guys who use it for shallow hookups and not real relationships. I can relate to her frustration. Just because you’re into interesting things sexually, doesn’t mean you don’t also want to be in a committed relationship and even get married. So many men have this Madonna/whore complex and think a woman into sex doesn’t want other things.
Cut Moshe some slack! Rolling the window up is progress versus him blowing up on that Dbag.

Re. Flirting at the gym:
Twice in the same week I caught a dude taking a photo of me at the gym. I looked like absolute crap, so 50-50 chance it was because I looked gross hah. (One of them left the flash on, and the other I saw filming me in the reflection of the window in front of me) So, really, you just gotta keep in mind that women are used to being creeped on at the gym.
Gross. You should report someone doing that. That’s an invasion of privacy and just rude. I’ve never encountered that at a gym. What gym was it?
This is typical in South Florida. I stopped going to my gym, because men are so gross and so annoying. It has become like a meat market. I get a better workout running outside and working out at home.
The person whose husband said he could have sex with other people but not tell him should head to couple's therapy. It feels like a trap and it's not fair to have to keep that secret. It'll rip that relationship apart. If it were about a truly open relationship, then that can work if everyone involved is actually open.

So you don't feel bad about driving a Tesla: Musk didn't invent the car. He became a major stakeholder, and pushed the original guy out. So he just had money and bought the company and took the credit.

Another innocent possibility for having the dating apps could be for looking for new friends. On tinder I often see people write in their bios something like “looking for friends, yes my partner knows I’m on here” that kind of thing

To the person looking for sex outside of his relationship I highly recommend you read polysecure. If you are looking for sex outside of your primary partnership there is a lot of shadow work to do to be able to show up to that kind of connection! Even if you don’t consider yourself polygamous this way of thinking could help you expand your horizons and give you tools for a fulfilling sex life. Honestly your partner needs to do some of this work too, him simply ignoring when you sleep with someone else will likely backfire and make you both feel bad and distant from one another. Just my two cents
