If you take a chihuahua out 4 x a day, it won't pee inside. you could also have a pee pad just in case. They can be trained easily to do both. Chihuahuas aren't the yappy dogs . .that's Pomeranians . . people confuse them. I've had large dogs and I prefer chihuahuas now because of how easy they are (to feed, clean up, travel, etc)
