Your information on how to access the installer mode worked perfectly. I changed my batteries in my Centralite 3400 keypad and then it would not work with the touchscreen. I was able to pair the unit again and everything works like a champ now. Thanks.

When I get to the passphrase after 4321 it says "the premise passphrase you entered was not correct". Any ideas??

Jose toledo jr I'm not sure what your asking? Contacts? Doors and window sensors, cameras, keypads, motion sensors etc. I'm not sure what you mean by a contact. Do you mean door and window sensors? The little small things that have to line up together?

I had purchased some door and window sensors from eBay. They seem to had been connected to an old system. I was just looking to see if you had run into this and maybe had a video on pairing door/window sensors. thank you again for posting these items.
Jose toledo jr I don't have a video on that but I will see if I can get a door or window sensor to create one for you. I can't give you any information on it because I have never installed one. I'm positive I can figure it out though. These things are pretty much all similar.

Do you know a current 6 spaces security code, since they changed them all to six now? Sadly this video no longer works now. Be glad you added on while it was available.
Currently it’s a new passcode everyone you access installer mode. Go into your home app and start a customer service chat and they will make and give you a access code that’s good for a day. They do this now since offering self install.

😐🙁 this is bad news. I think they might have put an end to our access to add certain devices. Devices related to security strictly i think.
Doesn't seem to work anymore... the premise passphrase from the portal account doesn't work with the technician mode. I think you need a code from xfinity.

How do I add a wire key pad ? Xfinity did a take over in my house buy they left one of the key pads disconnected.
BrazucaNY I wasn't aware that XFINITY had wired keypads I thought they were all wireless. I don't know how to to add a wired keypad.
BrazucaNY if your trying to add an existing keypad from another alarm system I don't think it's possible. Is the keypad able to receive signals wirelessly?
Yes. I have one wire in the wall its a Honeywell's key pad and works with xfinity alarm system. I also have a wireless key pad next to my bad.
+BrazucaNY oh ok. I've never actually done that so I can't give you exact instructions. I'm pretty sure that if you put the keypad in pairing mode that the xfinity touch screen would be able to find it. All you have to do is find out how to get it in pairing mode then go threw the steps in this video to discover it. It should work if it's compatible.
